i recently bought and used above product from your store on 9th ave in pensacola. i have filled over 20 cars over the years and have never had any trouble. i followed the directions exactly.and the needle on the gauge only went about a needle width into the yellow zone on the dial. . when i finished and tried the AC, it wouldn`t cool.i went to the 9th ave store to get a refund and was refused. the needle never went ... view moreto the red zone, and just barely touched the yellow zone. i had the AC checked and it needed a high side switch and new refrigerant, all of which, counting labor and tax, cost $116.05. auto zoe product cost $26.86 which tax. so i`m out $142.91 for the episode. i will return the subject item and request full payback. the gauge was in accurate and that caused the problem. i request that you consult with your regional manager for approval. please reply at your earliest convience. james b. sherrouse 850 433 6674.
