I stopped into this center to have my tire repaired which had a slow leak and a small nail. The young man that was put on the job apparently did not know what he was doing, finding great difficulty attempting to plug my tire, and having as much difficulty keeping his pants from falling down as to figure out how to work the impact gun. I left and returned to my work with what I thought was a repaired tire. That a... view morefternoon when I returned to my car, I found my tire completely flat. After I changed the tire with my spare I returned to the center and informed them that the tire went flat, and questioned them why they had plugged it instead of patching it. The owners commit was that they had been plugging them for years. The owner had another worker look at my tire and said that he could not repair it and that the pervious person had probably push the plugging tool into the tire in a different direction, causing it to be unable to plug. I ask him to patch it, and the owner?ˆ™s response was that he had no one there that could do that, and then offered my money back on the repair. I took my car down the road to NTB and they informed me that the tire could not be repaired and was obvious that the previous repair destroyed the tire. Needless to say, I was out a tire, and would not suggest anyone ever using this place to have work done on the tires, since they allow someone to work there with no knowledge how to fix a simple flat.

Mr. Pat provided me with multiple options, and took time to have a conversation with me when I was just initially calling for a quote on some tires. The combination of GREAT custom service and quality tires, is why I recommended their service to everyone!
