Do not waste your time going here. The best advice is to go to Dothan where they have more stock and better customer service. At first they will fluff your feathers promising you the world. The minute you ask them to show you the numbers on paper they freak out and make you feel like you are doing something wrong. Went to buy a car there and when we finally made it to Fred, the owner, he was nice as long as he ... view morethought he had your money. When he was questioned about numbers that weren`t adding up he quickly acted rude and unprofessional. Let me get this right...am I working for you or are you working for me? Fred will speak down to you and has no problem letting you know that you are wasting his time because "he thought that the deal was made" when indeed no deal is made until you show me the numbers! Calls where made to clarify numbers and all that came back were lies. They tell you they called you back and even after checking my phone records the proof was there they didn`t call. Do you honestly expect someone to want to buy or even trust you at this point? I would think they would want to make their customers feel comfortable with their purchase rather than pressure you into something that doesn`t make since. Would they allow their daughter to have someone treat them this way? I think not. They could have had a lifetime customer out of me, however I am not afraid to let everyone I know how unprofessional they are. They think they made me this super deal but really all they did was waste my time. Shop around, they are too small of a dealership to even waste your time with!
