Very friendly atmosphere and it`s almost like going to the old garage when i was a little boy with my grandparents not the corporate feel you get from chain repair shops.The price was the best in town that`s why i chose to go with them.I would recommend them to anyone i know needing a transmission.

Worst customer service experience of my life...?ˆ?

If you`re looking to take your car to some lazy, incompetent liars, then look no further! They have had my car for OVER two months, and there is no sign at all that I`ll be getting it back anytime soon. After the first three weeks, I paid them and they gave the car back unfixed. So I had it towed back to them, and in the 56 DAYS since then, they have not called me once, and have made no progress whatsoever on fix... view moreing my car. And did I mention that the guy is trying to convince me that this "12 month, 12,000 mile warranty" doesn`t cover the 10.5 miles and 20 minutes that I drove the car? Bottom line: THEY`LL PROMISE YOU A WARRANTY AND NOT HONOR IT. Now I`ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. And I`m sure I`ll still have to find another mechanic. I would rate them with zero stars if that were an option. Please, please, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Unless, of course, you want to pay a bunch of money and never get your car fixed. Thanks for your time, and good luck in your search for a reliable mechanic.

Transmission Repair

Great price if you need transmission repair. The only complaint is that they didn`t have it repaired during the time fram they promised.
