Terrible customer service, broken transmission was purchased, was given the run-around and forced to go through credit card services to dispute a charge. Purchased a transmission for a friend and they were declined the return, even though they had the reciept, because the "Cardholder was not present"...I, the cardholder, contacted them and was given the same story.
