This company is a pig dog slimey company that will do anything and everything to deny a claim. They are a part of at least 15 class action suits now... USAA uses these guys so beware. A company that supposedly takes care of military members and their families... what a shame. Too bad you need an IME to deny a claim in Washington, because they don`t have any here...

The doctors they use are nothing more than insurance whores. They work for the insurance companies and will say anything to make sure the insurance company doesn`t pay the claim. Shameful organization

These guys use substandard hea...

These guys use substandard health providers to review your patient claims. The providers they use typically don`t actually take care of patients, they just push papers around & may not even be licensed due to board punishments. They will knock down your claim or deny it & leave you to pay your doctor. Watch out!
