Don`t Go.. My truck went in f...

Don`t Go.. My truck went in for an AC problem that took four days to fix. We were repeadily told it would be completed by this day or time and the work was never completed. The mechanic never stayed late as explained and a rental car had to be purchased to get back and forth to work from tues to Friday. JD the owner was aware of the situation and offered nothing but my apologizes.

The Big Crown Infiniti of Hoover Rip Off

My daughter had her Infiniti towed to Crown Infiniti in Hoover to get a new altenator put in. These Bast#$@`s tried to charge her $813 plus $108 for the diagnostic check...I called 3 other dealers and they were all 35% less. Luckily I remembered JD at Auto &amp; Truck Doctor on Lorna Rd...he did work for me 7-9 years ago. With one call he went and picked up the car, paid the Crown overpriced diagnostic fee, or... view moredered the part and had the car ready for my daughter by noon the next day...at half the price!!! THAT&quot;S WHAT I&quot;M TALKING ABOUT!!!!! Service, Service &amp; Service at a fair price! Guess who`s number is in my and my daughter`s cell phone now??? Guess who I will bypass the next time...CROWN INFINITI of Hoover, Al.
