I lost my home and 2 vehicles in the tornados on April 27. We went to jimmy smith to purchase a new Buick Enclave. The salesman was helpful, polite and easy to work with. When the time came to talk price, we thought it would be fairly clear cut because we are eligable for the employee discount. Jimmy Smith brought up the fact that as members of USAA, we were eligable for an additional $750 off of the sales price.... view more However, the discount was not included when it came time for the final paperwork. Their reasoning was that it could not be combined with the GM discount. Two days later, we purchased another GM vehicle from another dealer, and we did receive the USAA credit in addition to the GM discount. As a result, I called GM and USAA and it is up to the dealer whether or not to combine the discounts. We purched this vehicle rather quickly and trusted that jimmy smith would at the very least give us all discounts we were eligable for. Instead, we were completely taken advantage of because we didn`t take the time to play the "sales game." Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from jimmy smith.
