Byron was great. The window in my car wouldn`t go up and I was new in town. Rather than charge me for a new regulator, which would have been easy to do, he found a less expensive way of fixing it and stayed late to do it. I will definitely use them again.

EXCELLENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I HAVE BEEN AROUND ALONG TIME AND HAD SEVERAL GO AROUNDS WITH BODY SHOPS, I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED NICER MORE COURTEOUS PEOPLE, I DID NOT THINK YOU COULD GET CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT IN 2010! WOW! THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY GOING BACK AND FORTH, I JUST GAVE THEM THE CLAIM # AND THEY HANDLED THE REST. WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP IT WAS SOOOOOOO CLEAN AND IT HAD A GOODY BAG IN IT TOO! JUST VERY THOUGH... view moreTFUL AND NICE PEOPLE THAT I DID NOT THINK EVEN EXISTED ANYMORE.
