I have purchased numerous auto parts from them for years with zero hassle. The last time I went there, the moron at the front counter had no idea what I was talking about, then proceeded to tell me to go down the road to Pick n Pull because "they don`t care if anyone destroys their vehicles." I quickly informed this loser that his attitude tells me they are losing customers left and right, and that they`ve ... view morejust lost another customer. Given this new devotion to automotive ignorance and the worst customer service this side of Walmart, I would not expect to see Otter Creek Auto Salvage in business much longer.

Otter Creek Auto Salvage employees are friendly and knowledgable!

I would like to say that they were both very knowledgable about what part I was after and it was refreshing that they didn`t act condescending towards me because I`m a woman. I believe they are one of the few yards in the area that still allow you to pull your own parts.They had unique cars inside the shop to explore,including a powder blue 1950`s Chevy, that`s not for sale.
