Stay away! It took weeks to get in. Then once I took it in, they had it a week to repair hail damage then on the 5th day (only after I called to inquire), they told me that they couldn`t remove the headliner and that the roof portion would have to be welded and puttied and repainted. I told them I would just take it somewhere else. When I picked it up, they had not even put the rubber moldings back in good and we... view morere all warped up from the doors shutting on them. I took it to another body shop and had it fixed in 2 days for a fraction of the cost Roal Coack quoted me. There were able to remove the headliner and do dentless hail repair (which royal coach said couldn`t be done).
