Low Tech operation - Below average results on chip repairs

The owner - George tends to be a bit on the abrasive side. The chip repairs he did may have filled in the strburst, but he made too many holes trying to fill in the starburst and left it looking worse in the end.

There is another agency in the same area called Glass Technology - thry do a far superior job.
