There were about 8 people in line and only one guy at the desk. After about 5 minutes another guy came out to check people out a the register while the other guy took a loooong time helping out one customer. The thing that upset me was after the guy at the register checked his last person out, he nonchalantly went to the back and never acknowledged the 3 remaining people in line. To busy to care

I went to this Auto Zone because it was close to my house, but i wish i had gone somewhere else. All I wanted was windshield wipers for my car but I wasn`t sure what size I needed, so I approached one of the employees at the counter and asked him if he could help me. He let out a huge sigh as if I was interrupting him, typed the info i gave him about my car into the computer and blurted out at me what sizes i needed ... view morewithout even asking me if i needed any help finding them in the store then he quickly turned away from me as if he had better things to do than customer service. Correct me if im wrong but the commercials Auto Zone put on t.v. are nothing like this. I recieved little help in the store with attitude. Then I had to go home and try to figure out how to put the wiper blades on. I`ll never go back there agian and will warn everyone I know not to go to this Auto Zone.
