I dropped my vehicle at Chandler West for a fuel system problem. Chandler West replaced my fuel pump about a year ago, and I thought the symptoms were very similar. After diagnosing my vehicle, they called and told me that the fuel pump was defective. They replaced my fuel pump ($600). When I picked up my car, it was slow to start. After a quick internet search, I found my problem could be caused by my fuel filter/regulator. I replaced my filter/regulator, a $27 part. This fixed my fuel problem. When I called Chandler West to explain, they still charged me $600. I had a similar issue with Chandler West about six months ago, but in that case it involved a crank position sensor. It turned out the problem was with the cam position sensor. That ordeal ended up costing me $200. Chandler West is great at swapping parts. Just NOT so good at diagnostics.

No way, Mike is to busy to call his customers and he has enough space to keep your car forever. We had agreed on the work to be done but of course at the last minute after I CALL, I am told that more has been done and without my pe... view morermission! Make sure you get a copy of your initial agreement and a time estimate if you wish to risk it. My advice: Stay away! Or be ready to WAIT...WAIT and PAY more than agreed...

I will always take my vehicle to this shop to get it repaired. They have been wonderful. I`ve had 3 separate issues that needed to be fixed within the last 2 months. Each time I was treated with a great deal of respect, I was always quoted the amount I ended up paying, and they always had it ready when they said they would.
