Was looking for a place to service my Ford F350. I called and they said the price (for my diesel) was $89 ($99 total). I previously went to another place which cost me $89 total, but had a long wait. The price was worth getting in immediately, so I thought I would give them a try. After the oil change I was presented with a bill for $159. When I complained, I was told the price of $89 included 10 quarts and my truck ... view moretook 15 quarts. First off, I was never told of the additional cost or the additional quarts needed. If that was truly the case, I should have been told up front. I was then told they would GIVE me two extra quarts and I had to pay for the remaining three quarts. My final cost was now $123.79. Wow, now the math doesn`t add up. Those three additional quarts would have cost me almost $40? Needless to say, I did not find a place to service my vehicles, but at least I found out before I had any major service done there.
