Of the 4 times I went to this shop, twice they sent me away; because it was in MY best interest. Instead of just changing my oil, they sent me to the dealership to have my head gasket replaced (they could not work under my warranty). Instead of just charging my a/c, they sent me back to the dealer again, because of a small leak they could have made $$ ignoring.
