Biddulph Mazda Sux!

They get the one star because I had to give them a rating. They definitely don`t deserve 1/4 of a star. The manager was an absolute jerk to us. We went in there and they wanted to play cat and mouse on the price. So I gave them a number of what I`d like to get for my trade-in and what I would pay for the new CX7 and this manager comes walking out with ATTITUDE written all over his face and he tells me how insulting ... view morethe offer is and that words couldn`t come out of his mouth because what I offered and what the car costs was sooo out of the ballbark. I go over to Camelback Mazda and they have the same car and with the same options and we make the same offer and we had a deal.. This guy at Biddulph was the manager - a short little bearded man who definitely has people issues. I can`t imagine why anyone would buy from him... His staff actually was a reflection of his people skills - I would bet there car sales are way off. I`m sure you can do better at some other dealership and avoid the aggrevation this clown can give you when you go in there.
