Terrible service

They had my bike for two months, charged me and didn`t fix anything. I refused to take the bike as I had paid for work which was not performed. They said it`d be ready the next day. It was not. A week later, still not ready, two weeks later, still not ready, and now I`m at three months w/out my bike. I`m beyond upset.
