Allen came out promptly and was knowledgeable about my BMW. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He replaced what needed to be replaced and came prepared with all the tools he would need. I tried many mobile mechanics before finding A-Z and Allen was by far the most responsive and most reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will use from now on.
