The optional wheels look excellent as well, and the Michelin Pilot tires still have ample tread life. Inside, the stone black leather seats are excellent with little if any wear, and they show excellent. Simply put, the interior and exterior of this car is gorgeous. Mechanically, this Porsche is excellent. We just completed the annual service here at our Performance Center so it is ready for it's new owner. 3. To get the car across the border you will need to fax a copy of the front and back of the title to the border 72 hours in advance.

4. You must have the original title with the car to get it across the border.

5. To register the car in Canada you will need a NO OPEN RECALL letter from the manufacturer.

6. You might have to make some modifications to get the car registered (example: day time running lights).

7. All cars will have an Ohio temporary license plate provided.

TERMS OF SALE

In most cases buyers contact us directly during the auction to arrange a “buy it now price”. We reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle become unavailable. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

TERMS OF DEPOSIT

The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the auction closing to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the auction closing. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only.

TAXES AND FEES

Different states, cities, and counties tax the purchase of an automobile differently. Your tax on an automobile is always determined by the address you are registering the car to. Because of this, it is impossible for us to estimate or automatically calculate what your tax will be. All of our Ebay listings do not include tax. Please contact us for help determining your tax obligation. Additionally, every car will have a fee of $288.50 applied to the sales price. This flat fee covers titling and documentation fees. GoPro checks out Tokyo's automotive night life in 4K

There's something bizarrely fascinating about Japanese car culture, especially around Tokyo. The metropolis packs people tightly together in a way that would seem to make owning any car tough. And yet, there's still enough enthusiasm around anything with an engine to support everything from wildly tuned bosozoku rides with exhaust pipes reaching toward the sky to seriously fast Porsche and Lamborghini models. To promote its latest Hero4 camera, GoPro has embarked on a short film series called Adventure of Life in 4K, and the latest installment goes inside Japan's speed scene with some gorgeous cinematography of vibrant vehicles rocketing through the city. It's all mixed over more serene images of Tokyo landscapes that combine to form a mini-documentary that's a feast for the eyes. eBay Find of the Day: 1981 Porsche 928 convertible by Carelli

The Porsche 928 was perhaps the consummate European GT of its day. With a powerful front-mounted V8 engine that grew in displacement as the model years went on, it was capable of eating up the miles at triple-digit speeds in great comfort for occupants. It was also an unusual beauty, with its sharp front and curved rear featuring innovative integrated bumpers.
Currently for auction on eBay Motors is one of the rarest 928s you're likely to find, in a handsome combination of Guards Red paint and tan leather interior, though we wouldn't mind a less-showy finish to the factory wheels. According to the seller, this car is one of eight 928 convertibles by Carelli Design, a firm that's still in business.
The auction claims that these cars were made in 1981 as a feasibility study between Carelli and Porsche for a possible production 928 convertible. The seller says he worked at the dealership where the car is said to have been originally sold $103,000. To remove the roof and hide the convertible top, there were significant changes made to the body and interior, including redesigned doors and a completely new trunk. As you can see in the gallery, when down, the top is completely hidden in a very factory-like fashion. When up, it looks slightly awkward, though (and we'd really like to see a rear three-quarter view to check out the blind spots).

A closer look at the 2015 Porsche Macan

Porsche took the wraps off its all-new 2015 Macan at the LA Auto Show last week, and while it's easy to write it off as just a badge-engineered version of the Audi Q5, you'd be very, very wrong. For starters, 75 percent of the car's platform was re-engineered by the Porsche team, and with a choice of two twin-turbocharged engines, the Macan should absolutely live up to the brand's pedigree.
