If you are a Porsche aficionado, please take a look at my SUV. It's a 2008 Cayenne GTS with 57,000 Miles. Clean Title, One Owner car, Non Smoker. Purchased new on February 23, 2009 at Porsche of Naples in Florida. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has always been professionally cleaned and waxed on a schedule.

The SUV is heavily optioned, with an original sticker of $92,765 and has always been serviced at the proper intervals by the Porsche dealer. The vehicle is extremely clean and well maintained. All maintenance has been done per Porsche specifications.

There are no aftermarket accessories installed, except for the phone Bluetooth, installed prior to delivery, when the car was new. All books, records, window sticker and the two keys are included.

The latest visit to Porsche of Naples was on 7/23/14 for inspection and it only needed the tire pressure corrected. I would welcome any type of inspection for the best possible peace of mind on the purchase.

I have a 100% rating and deal with expensive items on a regular basis. Whoever purchases this SUV will have no disappointments.

You can see the list of options below or browse the pictures for the actual sticker.

Please take into account also that I will not charge any additional fees. Look at the entire disclosure on other vehicles listed on eBay, and see how they can easily add $500 to $750 to the overall cost in unjustified fees like "detailing, inspection, checking tire pressure and fluids, preparation, etcetera". If you are buying a car from someone, wouldn't you expect those things to be done already, prior to listing, and included in the price?

Terms of Sale: I only accept Cash, Cashier's Checks and Wire Transfers for payment unless previously agreed in writing. Full payment is expected within 7 days of the time of purchase and I will only ship or release a car after the funds have been cleared in my account.

Warranty: My SUV is sold "As Is" with no warranty.

The Deposit: Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection at my location, you will be under no obligation to purchase.

Tax, Title and License: Local residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.

Legally Binding Contract: If you are the winning bidder of this auction, please follow through with the transaction. Remember, your winning bid is a legally binding contract to purchase.

I am a car and motorcycle fanatic; and registered dealer in Fort Myers, Florida. Cars are my passion and not my day to day business.

I would happily assist with shipping, if needed. For local buyers, I would handle at no cost all the necessary paperwork to transfer the car and would be happy to accompany the new owner to the local DMV office for the transfer if so desired. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the new owner, but there would be no paperwork fees from my side.

If your deposit is not received within 2 business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, I reserve the right to sell it to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.

Thank you again for taking an interest in my vehicle and happy bidding!

Weekly Recap: Ferrari, Ford and Porsche power up for Geneva

Sat, Feb 7 2015

Monday was Groundhog Day. Tuesday, apparently, was Sports Car Day. The Ferrari 488 GTB, the Ford Focus RS and the Porsche Cayman GT4 all debuted within hours of each other ahead of their rollouts at the Geneva Motor Show. Three sporty machines, three vastly different approaches – and a lot of implications for enthusiasts. That's a day worth repeating. It also illustrates the opportunities automakers see in the performance market, which is expected to grow in the coming years. Ford estimates the segment has expanded 14 percent in Europe and surged 70 percent in North America since 2009. The Detroit Auto Show was evidence of this, and performance cars of every stripe debuted, including the Acura NSX, Ford GT, Alfa Romeo 4C Spider and several others. This isn't a fad. Performance cars aren't going away. The question is why? Stricter CAFE standards are looming in the United States, as are tighter emissions regulations in Europe. And no one expects gas prices to remain low in America. None of this matters for sports cars, and automakers are increasingly using them to elevate their images. That's why Dodge rolled out two 707-horsepower Hellcats last year. It's why Ford has decided to resurrect the GT for road and track. It's why in the depths of bankruptcy, General Motors continued work on the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, not to mention the Z06. "Great brands are made one car at a time," Ford of Europe president Jim Farley said at the reveal of the Focus RS. Still, companies make those cars for different reasons. View 5 Photos Mainstream brands like Ford and Dodge want to build cars that get people talking, excite their bases and drive more potential customers into the showroom. They probably don't buy a Focus RS or a Hellcat, but suddenly the regular Focus hatch looks a bit hotter, and that V6 Charger seems to be just a touch more muscular. The halo of performance is alive and well in the eyes of automakers and their customers. "It's one of the most effective catalysts for ingenuity and innovation," said Joe Bakaj, vice president of product development for Ford of Europe. That also leads to a trickle-down effect. Some of the technologies inevitably make their way to other products. It's hard to think the new all-wheel-drive system in the Focus RS that distributes torque front to rear and side to side won't be used in other vehicles. It's different for Ferrari and Porsche.

Porsche tuners 9ff, SpeedArt going bankrupt

Thu, 19 Sep 2013

Times are tough in Europe right now, and that unfortunately has reaped disastrous consequences for some of its smallest niche automakers. Gumpert, Wiesmann, Artega and Lola have all filed for bankruptcy this year, and it appears that tuners are not immune to the tough times, either.
Word coming in from across the pond suggests that 9ff and SpeedArt - two of the biggest names in Porsche tuning - have filed for bankruptcy as well. 9ff is best known for the GT9, a radical hypercar barely based on the 911, while SpeedArt was once of the foremost tuners of Porsches.
Fortunately there are still plenty of tuners ready to take a wrench to your Elfen, but the reported demise of these two makes the market a little bit smaller and - for Porsche enthusiasts - maybe the world a little bit lonelier, too.
