i bought this car a few months ago and used it as my daily driver. intell the engine problem the car was in ok condition. very little wrong with it. The car curretny does not run so it will have to be trailed out. Oil got into the intake which caued damage to some valves and the head gasket went when this happened. I work 6 days a week and just dont have the time to fix it. If you have more free time than me would be great to fix of just part it out and sell the good parts. Transmission, clutch and rear end work great, tell the damage happened the engine ran nice and smooth. The worst of the interior is the driver seat the leather is torn. There is very little rust most of it is around the headlights. The paint is ok not the greatest. For a 31 year old car for the body and interior is not bad, If you live with in about 50 miles of me i might be able to trailer it to you other wise you will need a trailer. Other than my card from work i don't deal with a bank so would have to be cash or a money order.

Road & Track names its 2013 Performance Car of the Year

Road & Track recently staged its first annual Performance Car of the Year test, pitting 13 new and updated performance cars against each other on track, then graduating the top six to a road test before picking a winner. Additionally, the magazine staff picked the best automobiles of the year in eight categories.
But first, let's cover the PCotY segment. Porsche exec confirms Macan Diesel for US

The idea of a diesel-powered Porsche is the sort of thing that sounds really, really weird... until you actually drive it. The result of sticking glow plugs under the hood of Stuttgart's finest, though, is a vehicle that's nearly as entertaining as a gas-powered model but with much more torque and better fuel economy. Considering that, we think it's absolutely splendid news that following previous reports, Porsche has now confirmed a diesel-powered Macan for the US market.
"We are now busy with the development and the engineering," Andre Oosthuizen, Porsche's North American marketing VP, told Automotive News. "I can confirm that V6 diesel offering with about 245 horsepower."
Yep, that's the same 3.0-liter V6 found, most notably, in the CUV's Audi Q5 platform-mate as well as a plethora of other Volkswagen Group vehicles, both in the US and abroad. Stuttgart already offers the 3.0-liter oil-burner in the Euro-spec crossover, where it churns out 258 hp and 427 pound-feet of torque.
