1 owner car with the original issue 1973 Ohio title.
1973 Porsche 914 originally had a 1.7 fuel injected engine and manual transmission.
The originally engine, transmission and the engine wiring harness were lost over time buy the owner. This action is for a rolling chassis and full interior "everything you see in the photos comes with the car" AS IS with no warrantees or promises for more parts than what's shown in these photos.
No dent's that I can see but has some rust in the body panels and cracked front windshield. All the windows roll up, down, doors lock, unlock, open and close. The same with the hood and trunk. I don't know if the electrical system works since I don't have the engine harness and the main power runs though that harness to power up the fuse box. The owner said everything work 13 years ago when he pulled the engine.
The car has rust on most of the panels, some light surface, some with holes though the metal and one large hole in the top of the fender near the antenna. Bumpers also have rust but are solid and could be saved. Dash has some light cracks, seats are cracked and door panels are usable but could be recovered easily. Removable roof is in good condition and all four latches work fine.
The car needs a full restoration to be in perfect condition but is a great starting point and with the original 73 title it can be a great investment or a collectable piece for someone's privet collection,

Watch a Cayenne Turbo S, Range Rover SVR, and Cherokee SRT drag race
Thu, Mar 17 2016We live in a weird world where high-performance SUVs could win a 60-mile-per-hour sprint against sports cars from just a few years ago. Here, Top Gear sets up a three-way drag race against the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR, and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and the results show just how quickly these high-riding models can cross the quarter mile. The Cherokee SRT is the patriotic choice among the three, but it's down on power in this fight. Meanwhile, the Range Rover's menacing growl sounds the best, and the Cayenne Turbo S has the most horsepower. You'll have to watch the video to see which SUV will win this battle. Related Video:
2014 Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid
Tue, 09 Jul 2013Porsche's Performance Plug-in Preamble
By the end of this year, Porsche will be producing as many plug-in vehicles (two) as mainstream automakers such as Toyota, Chevrolet and Honda. Before the 2015 918 Spyder hybrid supercar goes on sale in the US, though, it will be warming its customers up to the idea of a plug-in model with the 2014 Panamera S E-Hybrid. A step up from the previous Panamera S Hybrid, the new plug-in Panamera adds a more powerful and advanced electric drive system that pledges to deliver the performance expected of a Porsche with the added benefit of improved fuel economy and reduced emissions.
Going on sale in November, the Panamera S E-Hybrid is aimed at customers also considering the upcoming plug-in version Mercedes-Benz S-Class, but the car's dimensions and performance could make it a competitor for Tesla Model S customers. We headed to Germany at Porsche's invitation to see how well it performs, as well as check out the full range of newly refreshed Panamera models, which now numbers nine offerings - although we're still waiting for a production version of the gorgeous Sport Turismo wagon concept.
Viral video helps catch unlicensed teen hit-and-run driver
Fri, Jun 24 2016A video of a driver mangling a Porsche SUV was uploaded for a laugh on YouTube last week, but police recognized the vehicle and suspected it was used in an early crime. The video titled How to park your Porsche in Vancouver recently surfaced on YouTube and was meant to be a source of entertainment. However, it appeared that there is damage on the passenger side of the vehicle, opposite the side being scraped away on the garage wall. A few days after its initial posting, the video came to the attention of the Vancouver Police Department who used it as evidence to find a hit-and-run driver. Constable Brian Montague of the VPD said that the vehicle shown in the video hit a parked, unoccupied car on June 16. Using the video, VPD officers tracked down the Porsche driver, who turned out to be a sixteen-year-old kid with no license. Montague stated that if the young driver had stayed at the scene of the crash, they very likely would have gotten off with a fine for driving without a license. Unfortunately, because they fled the scene, the driver is facing multiple, costly charges including hit-and-run and driving without a license. The driver will also be responsible to damage caused to the parked car and to the house they damaged while trying to hide the Porsche.
