I have a 2005 GTO with an all forged calleys engine(403ci stroker crate motor), fully built 4L80E racing transmission with manual valve body, Magnuson supercharger set at 20psi, methanol injection kit, patriot headers, spintech exhaust, custom interior, and much more. It is a Texas car with no rust, and professionally built with over 50k invested. There are only 45k original miles on the car, and only 7k put on since the build. The car made over 800rwhp/800tq on the dyno at RDP motorsports in Ohio(check out the video on youtube!) This car has a rebuilt salvage title, so if you are interested in purchasing it, you will need to either pay cash, or get a personal loan. Banks will NOT give loans on salvage title vehicles, just to inform potential buyers. However, despite the ominous salvage title, this car was never wrecked and has been professionally built up to its current state. Please don't hesitate to ask me for any details on this, I will be glad to answer any inquiries you may have, and clear up any confusion. I bought this car a year ago from Texas, but unfortunately here in NY I can't get it to pass inspection due to our emissions testing(no O2 or mass airflow sensors),which is the main reason why i'm selling. Please be sure to check your state's emissions and inspections laws before you consider purchasing this car. In addition, to save potential questions, I did not build this car, I purchased it the way it was. Unfortunately, I do not have any paperwork on the build or any receipts. I also do not know what rear end it has. I do know that every part of this GTO has been reinforced to handle the power it makes, according to the previous owner and my experience. This is an extremely high quality GTO with some serious power, and I have ran it in the 1/8th mile a few times, it ran 6's! The previous owner ran 9's in the quarter..This car han't been beat on or raced very much, and car is very streetable for a car with so much power, and also very reliable, I've never had any issues with it. Please check out these youtube videos on the car, type in "800rwhp GTO" and "GTO summer's ride" to see it in action. Its very rare to see a GTO with over 600rwhp, let alone 700 or 800rwhp! It is definitely one of those "next level" GTOs and is in excellent shape with alot of money and parts into it. Please don't take the salvaged title to mean the car is worth less, its absolutely top of the line with zero damage. Please feel free to come take a look at the car in person any time or make an offer, or if from out of state, hire an inspector! I've had 6 GTO's including a 700 hp twin turbo, and currently I have too many toys including a 2006 procharged GTO and a 2007 corvette, and this orange goat will absolutely blow away any of them, having close to 1,000 hp at the flywheel and an auto transmission! just your average pontiac that can smoke a ferrari or lamborghini...To be fair for what the car has got into it, I'm asking 25K or B/O. Yes, I know, that's over book value, and yes, I know I want to sell...but I'm not just going to dump it for 14 grand cash lol! or trade for 2 used dirt bikes plus 2 grand cash..or anything else your crazy mind can come up with. If you're looking to have the fastest ride in town in time for summer, or the coolest car at your local car show, this is it! Please be fair and honest with me if you're seriously interested, I've done my best to divulge all the info I could but if I've left anything out, please ask! P.S. I really prefer to deal outside of ebay, to save costs, so please contact Eric at (716)799-4064, or Jenn at (716)335-3754. Thanks for your interest and happy bidding!

General Motors Recalls Nearly 780,000 Cars To Fix Deadly Problem
Thu, Feb 13 2014General Motors is recalling nearly 780,000 compact cars in North America because the engines can shut down unexpectedly and cause crashes. The company says six people have been killed in crashes related to the problem. The recall affects Chevrolet Cobalts and Pontiac G5s from the 2005 through 2007 model years. U.S. safety regulators say the weight of the key ring and rough roads can move the ignition switch out of the run position, cutting the engine and electricity. If that happens, air bags may not work. GM says there have been 22 crashes from the problem. All happened at high speeds. Dealers will replace the ignition switch for free. GM says owners should remove nonessential items from key rings until the problem is fixed. Junkyard Gem: 1988 Pontiac LeMans Sedan
Tue, Feb 7 2017During the 1960s, the Pontiac LeMans was a sporty, rear-wheel-drive midsize car, the GTO's cheaper sibling. Through the 1970s and into the middle 1980s, the LeMans became a bit less youthful-looking but remained a traditional rear-wheel-drive Detroit machine with a V8 engine option. Then, starting in the 1988 model year, the LeMans name went onto a South Korean-built version of the misery-inducing, front-wheel-drive Opel Kadett E. These were dark days for the Pontiac marque; here's the proof, photographed at a San Francisco Bay Area self-service wrecking yard last month. This one didn't quite make it to the 100,000-mile mark. These cars were very, very cheap and sold reasonably well, but nearly all of the 1988-1993 LeManses are hatchbacks. I have seen a total of two Daewoo LeMans sedans during the last decade, and this is one of them. Under the hood, 74 raging Opel/Daewoo horsepower. This content is hosted by a third party. In the United States, the ads for the LeMans were all about the hatchback, and all about cheap excitement. Michigan floods from breached dams consume Pontiac Fiero collection
Thu, May 21 2020“WeÂ’ve never had an event like this,” Michigan's city manager Brad Kaye said in a Detroit News story. "What we're looking at is an event that is the equivalent of a 500-year flood." Kaye is referencing the catastrophic flood that occurred in central Michigan this week after heavy rainfall was compounded by two breached dams on the Tittabawassee River. Reports say the flooding forced evacuation of up to 10,000 residents, swallowed entire towns, and destroyed thousands of properties. No casualties have been reported, according to the Detroit Free Press, but car enthusiasts will be sad to learn a Pontiac Fiero shop and collection called Forever Fieros was decimated by the natural disaster. The Tittabawassee River is located about two hours, or roughly 140 miles, north of Detroit. It starts 20-30 miles further north and flows southeast as a tributary to the Saginaw Bay Watershed. Along the way, the Tittabawassee is held up by several dams, including the Edenville dam that failed and the Sanford dam that was breached during torrential downpours. According to NPR, the federal government took away the Edenville dam's license in 2018 and suggested it could not last through a major flood. Unfortunately, that prediction was proven accurate. Forever Fieros is located in Sanford, Michigan, which is just below Sanford Lake, which is created by the Sanford dam. So when the Edenville dam north of Sanford broke, water from Wixom Lake flooded Sanford Lake, and a berm next to the Sanford dam was overwhelmed, according to MLive. Technically the dam did not fail, but the end result was the same: an entire town underwater. The Tittabawassee reportedly crested at 35 feet, or 10 feet above flood level and 1.1 feet higher than the previous record set in 1986. According to The Drive, the man in charge of Forever Fieros, Tim Evans, had time to attempt to save his vehicles from floodwater. He reportedly moved about 12 cars to a street that doesn't typically flood, but the water level was simply too high for that to matter. A floating pole barn also reportedly struck and damaged the Forever Fieros building. Worsening the situation is the fact that Evans was planning to hold an auction to sell many of the Fieros. As seen on Industrial Bid, he planned to sell 12 Fieros, Fiero GTs and a Fiero Formula, ranging from 1984 through 1988. The lots included a 1984 pace car, a Lamborghini Countach kit car, and a Fiero Cosworth Pontiac Super Duty 16-valve DOHC engine.
