2004 Nissan Titan LE King Cab 2WD with 20K original 1 owner FL miles. Yes, you read that right. No type O. 20K actual miles. And this 2004 doesn't look any different than a 2013. Same exact body and interior. So if you have always wanted a brand spanking new TOP OF THE LINE, fully decked out Japanese luxury truck but didn't have the $40K+ it takes to obtain one, this is your chance of a lifetime! Nissan's legendary Japanese RELIABILITY and BUILD QUALITY are not to be compared with any of that cheap junk out of Detroit.
Besides this amazing V8 engine, mechanicals, and the tolerances the Japanese manufacture them to, the interior and cabin materials in the Domestic made junk are a joke compared to the Titan's. This baby is not just an ultra low mileage stripped down truck with the crappy cloth interior. This TOP OF THE LINE LE (Luxury Edition) has it all. Luxurious full leather interior, the "BIG Tow" package which features a Class IV Receiver Hitch with 7-Pin Wiring Harness and the large, extendable tow mirrors, separate transmission temp gauge, and splash guards. The BIG Tow package also gives you the better, lower rear end gears making it very fast (will smoke nearly any other truck including all other Titans AND the 5.7 HEMI trucks).

It has the factory optioned sprayed in bed liner and the coveted and highly sought after factory optioned aluminum utili-trac. The Nissan factory OEM Utili-Track bed rail system allows you to easily secure anything in the bed very quickly. Also allows for the mounting and removing of an endless array of OEM and aftermarket accessories like bed dividers and awesome hard tonnue covers like the UnderCover very quick and easy and without any drilling. Truck also features a 350 Watt Rockford Fosgate Powered Premium Audio system., AM/FM 6CD Stereo w/8 Spkrs Incl Sbwfer & Cntr Spkr. 18" Alloy Wheels. Sliding rear window, privacy glass on all rear windows, hood protector bug shield, and the big, beefy 4" oval factory nerf bars. This is a 2WD truck too so much better on gas mileage, lighter, and more reliable than the 4WD version with the big front diff and all that extra running gear and whole other drive train.

The King cab is the perfect size for this huge truck. Almost just as much room inside for 5 grown passengers as a Quad Cab but the few extra inches of bed length make a big difference when your trying to load a 4 wheeler, building supply's, or something similarly large and long and your just a few inches short.

This is a 1 original owner life long rust and corrosion free FL truck! And a private original corporate owned, company maintained truck at that! Garaged since new and nothing has ever been smoked, ate, or drank in this truck. Squeeky clean Carfax verifies the true 1 owner mileage and never a single accident. Doesn't get any better than that. You will never find a Titan LE that meets these standards and mileage for anywhere near this price again in your life time! Exterior paint (Smoke) is 9/10 in very good condition with only minor imperfections consistent with the mileage. Some scratches on the bed and a few paint blems on the front bumper corners from stuff in the garage where it is stored (this is a huge vehicle). Interior 9/10 with some slight wear that would be expected with mileage and use.

Truck still has everything with it that came with it brand new straight from the dealer including the owner's manual and all supplement books, both keys and fobs, the valet key, window sticker, factory option/build sheet, and all the other inspection and delivery papers and what not the dealer gives you with it brand new.

No loan payoff B.S. and waiting a month to get the title from a bank or credit union here on my end. I have the clear title in hand ready to exchange for all green ca$h on your end. A new 2013 top of the line similarly equipped loaded out Titan like this will set you back around $47-$50k. You can own this 1 for less than half price. I challenge you to find another equally equipped, loaded out luxury edition (LE or SL) Titan with lower miles for a better price. If you can, I will beat it! No Haggling and No games. I am just a private Joe (no corrupt dealer here) and have the clear title in hand ready to sign over in exchange for the cash. This will be a cash & drive no hassle transaction only.PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Infiniti's new VC-T changes the rules of small turbocharged engines

Sun, Aug 14 2016

The upcoming Infiniti QX50 crossover does not get our pulse racing, no matter how shapely the QX Sport Inspiration concept that previews it may be. No midsize SUV does, to be fair. But it has something special under the hood – the world's first production variable-compression-ratio engine. That means the QX50's 2.0-liter turbo four, which makes 268 horsepower and 288 pound-feet of torque, will have up to 27 percent better fuel economy. Here's how it works. The trend of moving to smaller, turbocharged engines carries with it one big falsehood. Under low load when the turbo isn't needed, these engines are less efficient than an equivalent engine without a turbo because of the low compression ratio the turbo requires. That is, if you never need the extra power, you're wasting fuel. Turbocharged (and supercharged) engines use a lower compression ratio to prevent detonation. When you force extra air in a cylinder and mix it with fuel, it's more likely to prematurely go boom. Lowering the compression ratio prevents this problem, but it's less efficient. Infiniti's VC-T promises the best of both worlds, with a compression ratio that ranges from 8.0:1 for high-power turbo needs to a 14.0:1 ratio for fuel-sipping efficiency. At its heart the VC-T engine is a simple idea, but it's complicated to explain. Consider yourself warned. The photo below from Infiniti serves as a good visual overview. For the truly nerdy, this patent application covers the mechanical concept. Instead of having the pistons connected to the crankshaft, Infiniti's engine has a pivot arm with a connection on each end. One end connects to the piston, the other connects to a second lower shaft, which is controlled by an actuator arm. At any given time the engine's pistons move up and down according to the lobes on the crankshaft. But the actuator arm can change the angle of the pivot arm up and down. That is, the pistons still move in the same motion with the same stroke, but phase the entire stroke up or down. Move the pivot up and there's less room at the top, which means a higher compression ratio. Move the pivot down and the compression ratio goes down, too. As an added bonus, the lower shaft eliminates the need for counter-rotating balance shafts. Infiniti says this system works constantly and can vary the compression ratio to any number between 8:1 and 14:1. It also uses electronic variable valve timing on the intake valves to switch into Atkinson-cycle combustion for greater efficiency.

2015 Nissan Leaf gets B mode standard, new MorningSky Blue color

Thu, Jul 10 2014

The Nissan Leaf is getting a few updates for the 2015 model year, some functional, some purely aesthetic. The appearance options will be made available later than the rest, and include a new exterior color called MorningSky Blue, as well as standard 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels for the SV trim level. In terms of driving, the 2015 Leaf gets a dedicated B-mode for every trim level, including the base S car (it was formerly only available in the SV and SL levels). This provides more aggressive regenerative braking when the driver is not on the accelerator - perfect for making the most of those downhill grades. Now every Nissan Leaf includes Normal, Eco-Mode and B-Mode, regardless of trim level. SV and SL trim levels also get a couple new convenience features. For those who find it impossible to disconnect while driving, the Hands-Free Text Messaging Assistant allows them to communicate without taking their eyes off the road, taking their hands off the wheel or risking a distracted driving ticket (perhaps you might want to rethink using it, though). Additionally, SV and SL customers will Voice Destination Entry to make spontaneous rerouting to the theme park a little easier. Of course, a lot of other Nissan cars got some cool upgrades this year. The Quest, NV200 Compact Cargo and V6-powered Altima, for instance, eke out another mile per gallon highway and combined. See what's new in the Leaf and the rest of the Nissan lineup in the press release below. The 2015 Nissan Lineup: Charting the Changes Nissan's U.S. sales have significantly outperformed the industry in 2014, up 12.7 percent CYTD through June. Sales have been led by the recently redesigned Altima, Rogue and Sentra – along with other models such as LEAF (+29.4%), JUKE (+44.9%), Frontier (+22.6%) and NV200 (+439.3%), which have shown strong results month after month. This gives the Nissan lineup great momentum heading into the 2015 model year. Headlining the changes for 2015 is the upcoming launch of the all-new Nissan Murano (due in late 2014). As the halo vehicle for Nissan's expanding range of bold crossovers and SUVs, the dramatic 2015 Murano features a new V-motion front end, LED boomerang lights and a unique "floating" roof. Murano's breakthrough exterior design carries into the interior, which offers an engaging social lounge feel through features such as advanced NASA-inspired Zero Gravity front and outboard rear seating and oversized Power Panoramic Moonroof.

Full 2015 Chevy City Express details revealed

Thu, 06 Feb 2014

If you're thinking, "hey, that looks familiar..." you aren't alone. We've already seen photos of the 2015 Chevrolet City Express van. And before that, we've already learned everything there is to know about the Nissan NV200 upon which its quite obviously based. Now, though, the City Express is holding its official coming out party at the Chicago Auto Show, and we finally have the official details about what'll hopefully make this van attractive to work-minded buyers.
To no one's surprise, the City Express doesn't offer any mechanical differentiation from its Nissan equivalent. Power comes from a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine rated at 131 horsepower and 139 pound-feet of torque, mated exclusively to a continuously variable transmission. Of course, the purpose of the City Express is less about what's under its hood and more about what it can haul in its capacious cargo area. Chevrolet says the front passenger seat can fold flat to create a work space or accommodate longer objects in the cargo bay, there's a center console designed specifically for maximum storage capability and both sides of the van have sliding doors. In addition, there are a plethora of integrated cargo mounts, floor-mounted D-rings and roof rack mounts throughout the vehicle.
Visually, Nissan's NV200 has never exactly been a handsome thing to begin with, and this City Express doesn't really tweak it for the better - to our eyes, it might even be less attractive. Even the design of the 15-inch wheel covers have been left alone, though the Chevy shown here appears to wear chrome-finished units.
