The seats has no rips or tears. The carpet is OK and  clean ! The car is clean for is age, everything is good one the car, Transmission shift smooth, motor runs great and smooth. New front and rear brakes, new suspension front and rear, new summer tires Hankook Ventus V12, Tein S spring installed on the car, magnaflow exaust installed on the car. The headliner is also extra clean with a soft natural dark and red leather. The exterior may have dings, dents, or some small scratches like you can see from the picture but nothing major but like I said, the car is clean for a 2005. This vehicle HAS NOT had any negative previous history : NO ANY parts of the body replaced ,NO ANY Salvaged title, NOANY Flood damage, NO ANY Frame-Damage and NO Lemon low. NO ANY PAINT WORK. Nissan Altima SE-R 2005 is in like good condition. Great, smooth shifting transmission and a perfect working engine on this car. All power equipment is functioning properly. This vehicle has no known defects. The exterior and interior finish on this automobile is in excellent condition. The interior and the exterior are CLEAN,  and show only very minor, normal wear for the miles and year of the vehicle.

This one used, Nissan Altima SE-R 2005- is absolutely perfect, but please, expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car.

All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches, or any other marks associated with the use consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. BUYER'S INSPECTION:

If you cannot do the inspection yourself, there are many inspection companies that you can easily find on the web and as well as within eBay. We reserve the right for non-significant mistakes in our description. If a mistake happens, it should not affect the price of the vehicle. Please note, that all of our vehicles are available for continuous demonstration and testing, so mileage may vary slightly from the time the actual pictures were taken. All third party inspections have to be done before the auction is over. The buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees as we do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state.

SUMMARY OF OUR SELLING POLICIES :

2) We reserve the right to cancel any offer(s) and to end the auction early if the vehicle cannot be accessible any more for sale.

4) If the PAYMENT for the purchase is due via Bank Wire Transfer, ( $40.00 fee applies to Bank wire transfers), Cash (IN PERSON) within 7 calendar days of auction ending or upon pick-up of the vehicle, whichever comes first. If the transaction is not completed within the limits of this time, the buyer will lose their deposit. Vehicles that are paid by personal check will be held up to 8-11 business days and the vehicle will be released after the funds have been cleared and we are able to access the funds on our account. The funds for the vehicle you are purchasing sent via Bank Wire Transfer from outside the USA will be cleared in approximately 5 days with no exceptions.

5) EBay buyer agrees to pay a $280.00 (Our  doc/get-ready fee of $ 230, $35 - Title fee , and $ 15.00 PayPal 3 % fees from each transaction ... (so when You make a deposit $ 500.00 PayPal charge $ 15.00 for it ...)

Registration, title and fees :

All taxes and tag fees payable by the buyer.

Some things to note:

Final price does not include sales tax, tag fees, or  doc/preparation fee of 

$ 280.00 which is due on all sales.

This fee is applied to our existing and future expenses which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. This additional fee is for registration of all federal and state documents for the car, all local authority document, transfer of all documents for this vehicle from our company to the buyer, executing vehicle title transfers, messenger's fees, notary fee's, handling all documents for this vehicle and any additional services which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. $35.00 for the renaming and shipment of your title from Harrisburg with DHL / FEDEX, etc.

This fee is not negotiable

Quebec,Canada residents must additionally pay all taxes, registration, tag and title fees. Out of state residents do not pay any taxes with us, but are subject to registration fees and/or taxes in their state.
