2005 Nissan Pathfinder Le Sport Utility 4-door 4.0l on 2040-cars
Memphis, Tennessee, United States
|
You are bidding on a beautiful 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE with 95000 miles on it. This is an extremely reliable and trustworthy machine built to do what you need it to do. It has room to take the kids to school, or your friends to the club. No matter what you are doing in it, you will look good in the process. The front and rear Nissan emblems have been blacked out to match the awesome black powder coated wheels, and tinted windows. This Pathfinder has third row seating that will fit two which equals 7 people fitting in the small bus. Or if you want to haul just about anything else, you can fold down the second row completely flat.
I have searched far and wide looking for a 2005 Pathfinder with the low miles and accessories that I am offering to you and have been unsuccessful. I dare say that this is the finest one available at this time. There are 0 mechanical issues with it and the only interior issue is not much of an issue at all. The knob for controlling the fan for the rear A/C is messed up and needs to be replaced. You can remove the knob and use your fingers to control it with no problem. Should be able to find a knob at a junk yard. I hope you don't let this minor issue affect your decision to place a bid, because it truly is a non-issue. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping costs. |

Nissan prices replacement Leaf battery at $5,500
Fri, Jun 27 2014The battery pack is the single most expensive component in a plug-in vehicle and, until now, figuring out the cost to replace one has been a bit of a mystery. Last year, Nissan tried a $100/month price for a new battery in its popular Leaf, but was loudly criticized for that attempt. Today, Nissan is changing gears with a big announcement regarding the price of a new pack for your Nissan Leaf: $5,500 to buy. With an asterisk. Nissan's Brian Brockman, writing at My Nissan Leaf, announced that Nissan Leaf replacement batteries are now available to purchase at certified Leaf dealers in the US at a suggested retail price of $5,499. These packs are the ones found in 2015 Leaf models, which are similar to the ones the Leaf has always had, just with a different, better battery chemistry. To buy a new pack, you need to give Nissan your original battery pack (which Nissan says will be recycled and has a value of $1,000) and the $5,500 "does not include tax, installation fees or an installation kit required for 2011 and 2012 vehicles." That kit costs around $225. A $100/month financing program will still be available (details will be made available later) but now it will have an end date and the driver will own the pack at the end of the payment process. All replacement packs will have the same eight-year, 100,000-mile warranty as the battery in a new Leaf. You can read Brockman's full statement below or over on My Nissan Leaf. Ever since the Leaf entered the market in late 2010, Nissan has been dealing with degrading battery issue, both as a real thing (in warm climates like Arizona) and as a worry in the mind of potential customers. Now that we know how much it'll cost to get a new pack, we can calculate that the overall cost for a new 24-kWh pack is now officially $6,500. That means the price to a customer is less than $270-per-kWh. That's quite low compared to some early estimates, right on target with others and a very big deal for EV shoppers and drivers out there. Hi all: I'm happy to be back to provide a long-awaited update on the Nissan LEAF battery replacement plan. Last year, I posted preliminary details of the program that we'd created based on early survey data, and it led to spirited discussion (and very vocal criticism). So we went back to the drawing board with your comments and the ongoing guidance of the LEAF Advisory Board.
Meet the man who took a year sabbatical to drive his 1967 Datsun Fairlady Roadster
Tue, 28 Jan 2014A quiet drive in the country can be the most relaxing thing in the world. What if it didn't have to end, and you could keep driving for a week, a month or even a whole year? That's what Scott Fisher is doing by taking a one-year sabbatical from work and driving his 1967 Datsun Fairlady Roadster around North America.
"I had owned a manufacturing business in Las Vegas for 16 years. I knew I needed to kinda' get out, and unwind, and get my mojo back," said Fisher.
Fisher's trip has covered over 30,000 miles through 44 states and 7 Canadian Provinces, and it is not over yet. He left from his home in Las Vegas, NV, last spring and drove to the Pacific. From there, he drove up the coast to the Canadian border and aimed the car for the Atlantic. He just posted on his blog about visiting the Nissan headquarters and museum in Franklin, TN, and his next stops are Mississippi and New Orleans, LA.
