Runs great with no problems. I use this as a daily driver around 54 miles per day and no issues. Actual mileage will change because of this. I get around 17-19 mpg on the hwy and 13-14 in the city. My wife and I recently acquired a newer SUV and have no need for this one. This is a great vehicle for the winter. Newer tires have less than 5000 miles on them. See photos for interior condition. There is a minor tear on driver side rear seat where our Husky wanted to bury food in it. Other than that, interior is good. Power and heated front seats work. Rear seats fold to accommodate more rear cargo room. Everything works as is it should power seats, windows, heat A/C, etc... etc.... One minor problem we've had when we bought the vehicle is the cd changer does not function. We have always used our ipod with the cassette deck to listen to music. Radio works fine. There is also a SES light(service engine soon) on that we have had on since 2009. My OBD scanner states that a "Catalyst is below efficiency". This, however, does not in any way affect this vehicle from passing emissions. We just passed emissions back in October of this year. The body is in decent shape. There are a few dings here and there. A blemish on the front drivers side bumper from a hit and run. The driver's mirror is cracked from backing into a bollard post but the mirror still operates normally. Like I said, I use this everyday and I have no problems. The transfer case is part time which means that this has a 2WD option as well as AWD 4 HI and 4 LO all easy to get in and out with a turn of a knob.

Nissan commits to adding 'iconic' design after Cube killed off

The Nissan Cube is on its way out here in the US and Canada. In a way, that's too bad, simply because the Cube's styling was nothing if not distinctive - much like the company's own Juke. However, the flame for uniquely styled models is indeed still burning over at Nissan.
We might never see an exact replacement for the Cube in the brand's lineup, but product planning boss Andy Palmer says that its retirement leaves a spot open in the Nissan lineup for something else. "To be clear, we will morph this space in our portfolio into something iconic," said Palmer to Automotive News. Unfortunately, he wouldn't hint at what that could mean.
However, his lack of suggestions makes it fun to speculate about what oddity could replace the Cube, especially since two of Nissan's more recent quirky concepts might have problems hitting the road. The Bladeglider is mired in Nissan and Deltawing Technologies' ongoing patent lawsuit. Alternatively, the retro-inspired IDx might be too expensive to build profitably. Still, this is the company that created both the (nearly dead) Murano CrossCabriolet and the very successful Juke; it can probably come up with something else delightfully weird.

2016 Nissan GT-R gets 45th Anniversary Gold Edition

The Nissan GT-R is going for the gold again in 2016 after 2012's special Usain Bolt one-off. This time the precious metal paint job is going on just a few more cars to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the original Skyline GT-R. The 45th Anniversary Gold Edition of the GT-R paints the Premium trim of the twin-turbocharged sports coupe a somewhat subdued golden shade called Silica Brass. The VIN plates are in a similar hue, and there's a commemorative plaque on the center console. Nissan spokesperson Dan Passe tells Autoblog that based on projections, the company plans to sell 30 or fewer anniversary editions in the US. The special models carry an extra $1,000 on top of the Premium's starting $101,770, plus a destination charge of $1,595 on all vehicles. Because of the limited numbers, Passe recommends interested customers place an order through dealers soon. The anniversary edition isn't the only thing new to the lineup, though. The Premium and Black Edition models both get an extra five horsepower to push output to 550 hp, but the the Nismo remains unchanged with 600 hp and 481 lb-ft. The Premium trim also now wears 20-spoke forged aluminum wheels from Rays to replace the earlier 10-spoke design. One thing not changing for the GT-R is the pricing, after going north of $100,000 for the 2015 model year. The Black Edition still retails for $111,510 and $149,990 for the Nismo.
