1991 Nissan SE-V6 Extended Cab Automatic 4X4 Pickup. I bought this vehicle from the original owner. It has every option you could get back in 1991 including V6 engine, automatic transmission, 4-wheel drive, power windows and locks, sunroof, sliding glass rear window, factory bed-liner, aluminum wheels. When I purchased the vehicle the original owner stated that he had not driven it much in years and decided to let it go. I put a brand new set of Goodyear Wrangler Radial All Terrain tires on it (31' Tires) (From a Goodyear Store) and had the windows tinted. The paint is oxidized and peeling off in places and it has light hail damage that could be repaired with paint-less dent repair (Mainly the hood and roof). The vehicle has never been in a collision and has no rust. The truck could be sanded and painted very easily. I searched very hard and long for this truck and have never seen one this clean with the options. The truck has 94, 038 original one owner miles on it. I am selling due to not driving the vehicle and my project Jeep Wrangler constantly costing more and more money!! The truck mechanically is great as well as the 4X4. Thu, 13 Jun 2013According to Automotive News, automakers are expected to manufacture 16 million light vehicles in North America in 2013. That's up 500,000 units from last year and marks the largest number since 2002. The prediction comes courtesy of LMC Automotive and IHS Automotive, which point to the improving US economy as a bellwether for total production. LMC Automotive says North America will produce 16 million vehicles while IHS has a slightly more optimistic forecast of 16.1 million units. A total of seven automakers are slated to increase production on the continent this year. Nissan is set to see the largest jump at 20 percent over last year.
Volkswagen, meanwhile, is one of the only manufacturers predicted to scale back production. Analysts expect the German company's output to fall by 23 percent to 170,000 units, thanks in part to slow demand for the Volkswagen Passat and Jetta.
Infiniti readies Juke-based ESQ crossover specifically for China
Wed, 11 Jun 2014When most luxury automakers started getting into SUVs and crossovers, they started at with the largest models, but have gradually been getting smaller. Think Lexus and the LX, Audi and the Q7, or BMW and the X5, and you'll see what we mean, because each of them has been steadily downsizing its crossovers ever since. But Infiniti is going even smaller. At least, in China, anyway.
That's where the luxury marque from Nissan will soon be offering the new Infiniti ESQ. The smallest of Infiniti crossovers has been developed in China, exclusively for the Chinese market to meet Chinese tastes. It shares its underpinnings with the Nissan Juke, but instead of starting with the base model, Infiniti China has started with the more potent Juke Nismo - complete with 1.6-liter turbo four producing 197 horsepower - and added on premium accoutrements. The exterior that appears to be differentiated by a new grille and wheels, featuring the ESQ logo instead of Infiniti's, but the same quirky styling that sets the Juke apart. Though all we can of the interior is the steering wheel, you can bet that Infiniti gave the ESQ a more luxurious cabin space, too.
Infiniti's global communications manager Stefan Wienmann told Autoblog that the company is "expanding [its] portfolio not only globally but also specifically in China," adding the ESQ to a market-specific lineup that includes long-wheelbase versions of the Q50 sedan and QX50 crossover. "We see specific sales opportunities in this segment," explains Wienmann, adding that a targeted project like the ESQ "also enables us to gain experience in positioning a new premium model to the 'new millennials', a customer group that is very important to us."
