1973 Toyota Land Cruiser Fj40 65k Original Miles White California / Arizona Car on 2040-cars
Tucson, Arizona, United States

You are bidding on a survivor and much sought after 1973 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. This vehicle is in very good condition for its age and was originally a California car. It was sold to the second owner in 1993 while he lived in California. In 2007 he moved to Southern Arizona where the vehicle currently resides. The current owner is getting up in years and simply does not drive it as much as he should anymore. When this FJ made its way to Arizona it was mechanically refreshed by one of the local Toyota dealers. Mechanically the truck is sound and ready to roll. The paint and trim is all in good shape. The seats are in bad shape and will need to be redone. They have been under seat covers for some time due to cracking and splitting in the vinyl. Only 65K original miles on this FJ. Not many out there left, especially with this low mileage and condition. Please email with any questions. Thanks for looking and good luck.

So, how do you actually pronounce that automaker's name?
Thu, Jan 21 2016You probably have that friend who always says Porsche wrong, or maybe it's someone who keeps reminding you it's actually two syllables. Whichever side of the pronunciation debate you fall on, you'll find someone to root for in the video above. And before you ask, this was all the video team's idea. So don't get mad at me for being the voice of reason. BMW Chevrolet Hyundai Nissan Rolls-Royce Videos Original Video nissan qashqai
Nissan Titan Truckumentary looks back through the brand's trucks [w/video]
Fri, Dec 26 2014In a prologue last month, Nissan promised us more of its Titan Truckumentary in December, and here it is. This is a set-the-stage episode, surveying the brand's truck history in the US from the 1960 Datsun 1200, one of the first vehicles it sold here, to the first truck it manufactured here in 1983 in Smyrna, TN, to the nineties Hardbody and the 1999 SUT Concept, among others. Pickup-truck-lifer Brent Hagan, the product planner for the next-generation Titan - designed and engineered in the US - is our tour guide for this episode. If anything, after watching this video all we could think was, "Nissan, please bring back the good old days."
Nissan NV200 Mobility Taxi adds a dose of accessibility to the new-look cab
Thu, 28 Mar 2013Nissan has been making hay with its NV200 light commercial vehicle in New York. We've known since last year that the van will see service as a taxi in the Big Apple, and more recently, we learned that a variant will be kicking around to rescue ailing Gibson guitars. At its press conference this year, Nissan continued the onslaught with a wheelchair-accessible version of its NV200 Taxi.
The automaker has teamed with BraunAbility - a company that styles itself as the world's largest maker of wheelchair-accessible vans - to create this NV200 Mobility Taxi. The cab features a fold-flat ramp for rearward wheelchair accessibility, as well as a restraint system to keep said chair snugly in place at speed.
In addition to showing off the Mobility Taxi, Nissan announced at its press conference that it will be making both hybrid and fully electric versions of the NV200 Taxi available, as well. Scroll down for the Nissan press release, or take some time with our extensive live and stock image galleries of the NV200 Mobility Taxi.
