Thank you for looking at another fiveninedesign creation.  This is not your average Nissan GT-R.  This 2013 GT-R Black Edition is the culmination of AMS Performance parts from their Alpha Line, and Nissan’s immense technology.  Utilizing AMS Performance’s full Alpha 9+ Package, this is the real deal.  There are tons of ways to make more power on a Nissan GTR, but there is only one way to really do it right, and that is to get an entire package, like the Alpha 9+ Package.  This is not a “bolt on” “stage 2” GT-R.  This is a purpose built, non expense spared, street legal race car.

Finished in Deep Blue Pearl with Black Recaro Leather interior with Red accents, this GT-R is in one of the most gorgeous, and one of the rarest color combinations available on the R35 today.  The paint shines great, and has been well maintained.  This car was used by an avid car collector, as his actual every day driver.  There are a few scuffs and rock chips on the car, but it is in EXCELLENT condition, as you can see.  The interior carries no scents, or signs of abuse.  It is a very clean car, with absolutely zero stories.  The car has all of the options you would imagine come on a Black Edition GT-R.

Mechanically, the car is in 100% top condition.  It was fully serviced last month, and has a VERY clean bill of health.  Unlike 95% of the modified GT-R’s on the market, this car was never raced.  It was never tracked, and it was never even strapped to a dyno!  In fact, the car had SOLELY the Alpha 9 Package prior to our customizations.  It was built to look factory, but outperform anything on the road.  It is very important that the people who buy these cars know their past, and that they weren’t abused or taken down the drag strip 100 times.  This car has NEVER been launched, and that can be verified.

All of the modifications were done by an AMS Authorized dealer in Stamford, CT, called P1 Motorcars.  They did the full install for the client, and the car was tuned by Chris Black of AMS Performance.  It is a real AMS, turn key, street car.  The car is tuned extremely mildly, to make for smooth delivery, no turbo lag, and insane mid and upper range power.  The car is absolutely bullet proof, and is capable of much more than it is set at, but this car WAS BUILT FOR RELIABILITY.

The aftermarket modifications are as follows:

Alpha 90mm Downpipes

Alpha 90mm Mid-pipe

HKS Legamax Exhaust System with Titanium Tips

Alpha 9+ Billet Wheel upgraded Turbochargers

Alpha Spec Wastegate Actuators

Alpha Front Mount Intercooler Upgrade

Alpha Induction Kit With Tial Q Blow Off Valves

Alpha Spec Upgraded Fuel Injectors- (ID1000)

MAC Boost Solenoid

Alpha Full Fuel System Upgrade

Cobb AccessPort Tuning System

Alpha Calibration Map

KW HAS Sleeve Coilover Kit

Seibon Carbon Fiber Front Lip

Seibon Carbon Fiber Front Brake Ducts

Seibon Wingless OEM Dry Carbon Fiber Trunk (Painted DBP)

Passport 9500CI Full Integration

Passport LED Rear View Mirror

20” Velos Designwerks S1 Forged Wheels Race Spec/Fitment (Matte Anodized Copper) (One off Finish)

285/35/20 and 315/30/20 Toyo Proxes R888 R Compound tires (<500 miles)

Full LED Interior Conversion

Matte Black Grill Surround

Ceramic IR Blocking Tinted Windows

This car is priced CONSIDERABLY less than the other Alpha 9 Cars on the market.  There are no surprises with the car, and rest assured that it is the real deal.  No test drives allowed without proof of funds.  You could not build this car for anywhere near this price.  Do not miss out!

Now Mitsubishi Motors has ousted Carlos Ghosn, days after Nissan firing

Mon, Nov 26 2018

TOKYO — Mitsubishi Motors said on Monday its board removed Carlos Ghosn from his role as chairman, following his arrest and ouster from alliance partner Nissan last week for alleged financial misconduct. Ghosn's sacking in a unanimous board vote marks the end of his chairmanship of Japanese automakers, just two years after he was praised for bringing a steadying hand to Mitsubishi Motors following a cheating scandal in 2016. CEO Osamu Masuko will become temporary chairman, the automaker said. "Ghosn has lost the confidence of Nissan" and it is "difficult for him to fulfill his duties," spurring the dismissal, Mitsubishi Motors said in a statement. Nissan holds a controlling 34 percent stake in Mitsubishi Motors and has two executives on the board. The move comes amid discontent over French partner Renault SA's role in the 19-year Franco-Japanese alliance of which Ghosn was the driving force. Sealed in 1999 when Nissan was rescued from near-bankruptcy, it was enlarged in 2016 to include Mitsubishi and enabled the members to jointly develop products and control costs. The alliance vies with Volkswagen AG and Toyota for the ranking of the world's biggest automaker. Even as Nissan has recovered and grown rapidly, it remains a junior partner in the shareholding structure. Renault owns 43 percent of Nissan and the Japanese automaker holds a 15 percent non-voting stake in the French firm. And Nissan is almost 60 percent bigger than Renault by sales. Top alliance executives are meeting this week in Amsterdam, aiming to shield their joint operations from the fallout of Ghosn's arrest as a power struggle between Nissan and Renault looms. Renault has refrained from firing him as chairman and CEO. Mitsubishi Motors already had plans to discuss its position in the alliance with Ghosn and, following the ouster, it needs to consider focusing on regions and technology where it can retain competitiveness, CEO Masuko told reporters after the board meeting. Cooperation among alliance members is needed amid the rise of new technology like automated and internet-connected vehicles, he said. Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa told staff on Monday that power was too concentrated with Ghosn and that in future better communication between alliance board members and executives would help preserve independence and generate synergies among the automakers, a Nissan spokesman said.

Ousted Renault CEO Bollore raised concerns over Ghosn investigation

Mon, Dec 16 2019

PARIS — Renault's former chief executive Thierry Bollore, who was ousted in October, had sought to flag alleged conflicts of interest and governance problems at the company's Japanese alliance partner Nissan before his departure, Le Monde reported on Monday. Citing a letter from Oct. 7 addressed to Nissan's board, of which he was member, France's Le Monde newspaper said Bollore had raised questions over the firm's internal investigation surrounding former alliance boss Carlos Ghosn. Nissan and Renault were left reeling by Ghosn's arrest in Tokyo a year ago, on financial misconduct charges which he denies. They have since tried to reboot their strained partnership by revamping their management teams, including by purging them of Ghosn allies and removing people in top jobs at the time of the scandal. Bollore — who took a step up at the French carmaker when Ghosn left even though he was known for his close ties to the alliance founder — was eventually pushed out as Renault's CEO on Oct. 11, days after penning his letter. In comments sent to Reuters, Nissan spokeswoman Azusa Momose denied there were any irregularities in its internal investigation of Ghosn's affairs, and added that the company had reviewed its processes once again following Bollore's letter. "Nissan's independent directors confirmed that the investigation was properly conducted and could be relied on," Momose said. Nissan directors had discussed all the allegations raised by Bollore and the company "concluded that Bollore's concerns were not founded and were based for the most part on inaccurate information and speculation," she added. Bollore said in the letter that he was particularly concerned by the revelation that Nissan had a list of 80 managers implicated in financial dealings similar to the ones attributed to Ghosn. He also raised issues with the chain of command at Nissan, saying some key board members were sometimes kept in the dark on internal matters. Renault, which is still searching for a permanent replacement for Bollore as CEO, had no immediate comment. As well as changing its CEO, Nissan recently demoted senior vice president Hari Nada — a key whistleblower against Ghosn and whose role was also questioned in Bollore's letter — although its internal investigation had found no evidence against the executive. The Other Brother
The handler strapped into the carbon fiber race bucket next to me is the only other person outside of yours truly who looks like he thinks this is a bad idea. I've just finished situating myself in the cabin of the very first Nissan Juke-R ever constructed. There are literally thousands of man hours in this single prototype and only four examples of the car total in the entire world. Each one carries a price tag of around $656,400 at current conversion rates, making this both the rarest and most expensive piece of machinery anyone has ever let me get close enough to sniff, let alone drive.
And that's exactly what I mean to do.
