NOTE 1!
This is an update since posting the vehicle. I want everyone to realize that this vehicle has a clean title and it checks out clean. Zero Accidents, Zero Conditions that should stray anyone from considering this perfect car. I know there are other Nismos for sale on eBay and other places for that matter, but please realize that eBay does offer a vehicle history report. Mine checks out clean. None of the other Nismos I've seen listed have a completely clean report. For me, knowing that a vehicle like this was not beat on, not wrecked, and not abused is VERY important. This is why my price may seem higher than some others on here.

NOTE 2!
I would like to deal with someone face to face to make this sale. It makes me nervous making large money transactions from distances because I have heard horror stories about people getting ripped off. Ideally, I would like cash and I would like the buyer to pick up the car. If the winner HAS to have the car shipped, I will let you know now, this car will not be shipped until the funds are guaranteed to clear. So this may take a little time, but I want that fact to be stated here. But again, I would like to deal with someone face to face. So fly here and drive it home if that's what it takes, but I would think as a buyer of a collector's car like this, with a higher price tag, you would like to see the car in person anyway. But that is just my opinion. So anyone seriously considering buying my baby, please eBay message me first. Because if someone does win this bid, I am going to make sure that EVERYTHING is in place before the car leaves my possession. Obviously a cash and face to face deal will make this easier for everyone.

NOTE 3!
Well I spoke with eBay about making large money transactions not in person and I have decided that I will accept either cash deals, face to face, where you either drive the car home after purchasing directly from me (or trailer it home or whatever)
OR
I will accept payment via a direct wire transfer and once the funds clear that way (because it is the fastest method, you will get the car faster) then you can have a shipping agent pick her up. Please note that I will be creating a completely separate, brand new bank account, that will have a zero $ balance and be completely free of any links to any of my personal information. eBay has recommended that this method be used because it is fast and secure. So I just wanted to update everyone with this new information!

Thanks!

Up for sale is a 2007 Nissan 350Z NISMO; #667.
Manual transmission
AMAZING CONDITION!

The car has ONLY 17,069 miles on it and I am the 2nd owner. I am positive that the car has always been garage kept and has NEVER been driven in the rain or snow. She was only a fair weather kinda car.

This Nissan boasts several unique features including:
Brembo racing brakes/calipers
3.5 L, V6 engine
Cold air intake
Nitto tires
Nismo exhaust
Tinted windows
Door handles painted to match the exterior red color
Aftermarket stereo with CD/MP3 capabilities
4-Wheel Disc Brakes
Air Conditioning
Nismo license plate cover
Anti-whiplash front head restraints
Red/black cloth seat trim
Dual front impact airbags
Electronic stability control
Leather shift knob
Low tire pressure warning
Outside temperature display
Power door mirrors
Power steering
Power windows
Rear window defroster
Rear window wiper
Rear spoiler
Tilt steering wheel
Traction control

The car has ALWAYS been adult driven by a non-smoker. I know there are not many interior pictures but these pics were taken before I decided to sell her. Right now it's being garage kept (considering the weather) so if you are interested, contact me and if more photos are wanted, I will get you some.

I hate to sell her, and I really don't have to, so I am relatively firm on the price. I just don't want the monthly payment anymore on the car which is why she's up for sale. I have over $36,000 in it. Please eBay message me with any questions!

Thanks for your interest!

Renault and Nissan forge deeper alliance

Tue, 18 Mar 2014

If the automotive industry's current era could be summarized by one trend - from a corporate aspect, anyway - surely it would be conglomeration. But of all the major auto groups that have emerged over the past several years, none have kept themselves at arm's length quite like the Renault-Nissan Alliance.
Much like Fiat and Chrysler, Renault and Nissan are presided over by a common chief executive. But whereas Sergio Marchionne's Italian-American alliance has moved swiftly from a transatlantic partnership to a merged company in the span of less than five years, Carlos Ghosn's Franco-Japanese alliance has stood oceans apart since 1999. But now the Renault-Nissan Alliance is following the lead set by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in bridging that distance through several key measures.
For one, Renault and Nissan will make increased use of common platforms, R&D, systems and testing. The two automakers will also cooperate more closely on manufacturing and supply chain management, purchasing and human resources. To manage the increased cooperation, the alliance has appointed several new executive vice presidents from within its ow ranks and a new management committee to be chaired by Ghosn, details about which you can read in the press release below.

Nissan, Honda and Mitsubishi will share EV components and AI research

Thu, Aug 1 2024

TOKYO — Japanese automakers Nissan and Honda say they plan to share components for electric vehicles like batteries and jointly research software for autonomous driving. A third Japanese manufacturer, Mitsubishi Motors Corp., has joined the Nissan-Honda partnership, sharing the view that speed and size are crucial in responding to dramatic changes in the auto industry centered around electrification. A preliminary agreement between Nissan Motor Co. and Honda Motor Co. was announced in March. After 100 days of talks, executives of the companies evinced a sense of urgency. Japanese automakers dominated the era of gasoline engines in recent decades but have fallen behind formidable new players in green cars like Tesla of the U.S. and ChinaÂ’s BYD. “Companies that donÂ’t adapt to the changes cannot survive,” said Honda Chief Executive Toshihiro Mibe. “If we try to do everything on our own, we cannot catch up.” Nissan and Honda will use the same batteries and adopt the same specifications for motors and inverters for EV axles, they said. By coming together in what Mibe and counterpart at Nissan, Makoto Uchida, repeatedly called “making friends” to achieve economies of scale, the companies plan more strategic investments in technology and aim to cut costs by boosting volume. Each company will continue to produce and offer its own model offerings. But they will share resources in areas like components and software development, where “making friends” will be a plus, Mibe and Uchida told reporters. They declined to say whether the friendship will extend to a mutual capital ownership, while noting that wasnÂ’t ruled out. The two companies also agreed to have their model lineups “mutually complement” each other in various global markets, including both internal combustion engine vehicles and EVs. Details on that are being worked out, the companies said. Honda and Nissan will also work together on energy services in Japan. Under ThursdayÂ’s announcements, Mitsubishi will join as a third member. Toyota Motor Corp., JapanÂ’s top automaker, is not part of the three-way collaboration. Although Honda and Nissan have very different corporate cultures, it became clear, as their discussions on working together continued, their engineers and other workers on the ground have a lot in common, Uchida said. “Speed is the most crucial element, considering our size,” he added.

Nissan is optimistic about FCA partnership, but wants the right terms

Mon, Jun 3 2019

BEIJING – Nissan is optimistic about partnering with a combined Renault and Fiat Chrysler (FCA), as long as it can protect the ownership of technology developed over two decades of working with Renault, a senior executive told Reuters. The executive, who declined to be identified because he is not authorized to speak to the media, said he was cautiously optimistic about the possibility of generating "synergies" by sharing Nissan's autonomous drive know-how, electrification and greenhouse-gas-scrubbing technologies for powertrains. But he said the possible $35 billion merger of Renault and FCA would not give FCA the automatic right to use those technologies, which it needs to meet stringent emissions regulations and better compete in a industry being transformed by electric vehicles. He also floated the possibility that Nissan could look at boosting its stake in Renault, or a merged Renault-FCA, to gain more say in shaping the future of the alliance. "We would go ahead with partnering or cooperating with FCA only if we can guarantee tangible benefits from sharing technologies with FCA and only if we can work out conditions that are satisfactory to us," the Yokohama-based executive said. "If Renault wants to pursue this deal, we feel we need to look seriously at supporting them," he said. The executive's comments highlight how Nissan could look to leverage its advanced technology to gain greater bargaining power with a merged Renault-FCA. Renault is Nissan's top shareholder with a 43.4% shareholding, while Nissan holds a 15% non-voting stake in the French automaker. That unequal partnership has long rankled Nissan, which is the bigger company by far. A Nissan spokesman referred Reuters to a statement issued on Monday, where Nissan Chief Executive Hiroto Saikawa said: "I believe that the potential addition of FCA as a new member of the alliance could expand the playing field for collaboration and create new opportunities for further synergies." "That said, the proposal currently being discussed is a full merger which — if realized — would significantly alter the structure of our partner Renault. This would require a fundamental review of the existing relationship between Nissan and Renault," Saikawa said, adding that Nissan would analyze and consider its "existing contractual relationships".
