THE CAR HAS AN EXCELLENT CARFAX REPORT AND ABOVE AVERAGE AUTOCHECK SCORE.
THE CAR IS ON SALE LOCALLY SO IT MAY SELL ANYTIME.
REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!

You are looking at a rare 2005 350z Touring Edition. Very well kept and is in very good condition overall. I purchased the car brand new on 04/13/05 from Esserman Nissan and has enjoyed it ever since. I am selling the car because my wife and I bought another car to accommodate our baby boy. Hate to let it go but time to move on. It is truly an enjoyable and exciting ride! The car is 100% stock. Never modified or raced.

The car has 114,550 miles, mainly driven daily to work on highways since I bought it. The engine drives like it has less than 50K miles on it (see photos & videos). I always fed it 93 Octane and Mobile 1 Synthetic oil. The car never gave me any issues and was on an extended warranty from Nissan which expired @ 100K Miles. Any maintenance within the warranty period was performed at Nissan. After the warranty, I mainly used Pep Boys and Firestone for minor things like tires and oil changes.

All mechanical and electrical components are in great working order. AC is ice cold. Clean CarFax - Worth $1,370 above book value according to report.

The car is FAST and a real head turner. The color is called Le Mans Sunset and the color / seat color combo is almost impossible to find.

CAR NOTES

- There are very minor body scratches and dings (see photos & videos)
- Some of the car interior show signs of normal wear... Example: areas of the driver seat leather, the shift knob, center console and other expected wear with age. Nothing major that can't be fixed for cheap. (see photos & videos).
- The driver seat does not move forward. It reclines fine. The motor is not burnt. Something is stuck on the tracks which is obstructing its movement. Thankfully, it got stuck all the way in the furthest position. I am six feet tall and it is the perfect position for that height. It is most probably loose change.
- The tires are Hankook Ventus and fairly new.
- Weather stripping on windshield and driver side show minor wear.
- Will need brake service in about 6 months or so.
- Subwoofer comes on and off. Probably something is loose there.

I cannot help with shipping since this is beyond my experience so please arrange your shipping beforehand if needed.
If you want to get financing, check your bank first and ask for a personal loan instead of a car loan. Most banks do not finance most cars over 80K miles. You can also try roadloans.com
To see the car, please make an appointment ahead of time. If you are going to test drive it, you need to have a valid driver license. All payments must clear before the title is transferred.

Recharge Wrap-up: Tesla Model S in landslide, Plug'n Drive wants EVs

Mon, Oct 26 2015

A woman and child survived a landslide in a Tesla Model S. The front of the car was severely damaged with the hood and front fascia badly crumpled. The rear hatch window glass caved in, but while the windshield was cracked, the safety glass held together. While in another vehicle, the occupants could have been crushed by the tree that landed on the car, the cabin structure of the Model S mostly withstood the pressure, saving the humans inside. It's not the typical situation most people think of when considering car safety, but it is a dramatic example of the protection the Model S offers. Read more and see the aftermath at Green Car Reports. The Renault-Nissan Alliance will provide 200 battery electric vehicles for the United Nation's COP21 climate conference in Paris. Together the cars will drive a combined 400,000 kilometers (about 248,550 miles) emissions-free. The cars - a fleet of Renault Zoes, Nissan Leafs and Nissan e-NV200s - will be used as shuttles for the conference attendees. The Alliance will set up a network of 90 chargers for the event, powered by low-carbon electricity. The residual emissions will be offset through a UN carbon offsetting program. Read more from Nissan, or at Green Car Congress. At the Queen's Park Electric Vehicle Day this week, the non-profit group Plug'n Drive called for Ontario to emphasize vehicle electrification. The group says that adding electric power to more cars, "can make a significant contribution to GHG emission reductions in Ontario, while at the same time benefitting the Ontario economy." GHG are, of course, greenhouse gases. According to the group, there are currently more than 12,140 EVs in Canada. Read more in the press release below. Plug'n Drive advocates for electrification of transportation as a key plank of Ontario's climate change action strategy First ever Electric Vehicle Day at Queen's Park demonstrates the benefits of electric vehicles TORONTO, ON, Oct. 26, 2015 /CNW/ - Plug'n Drive is hosting the first ever Queen's Park Electric Vehicle Day today at 11:00 a.m., providing MPPs from all parties, Ministers, public servants, stakeholders and the public the opportunity to test drive electric cars at all price points and to learn about the environmental and economic benefits of switching from gas to electric.

Investigators say Mitsubishi mpg scandal was 'collective failure'

Tue, Aug 2 2016

Investigators hired by Mitsubishi Motors to probe why the Japanese automaker engaged in falsifying fuel-economy figures for the past quarter-century faulted the company's "corporate culture." Specifically, there was a lack of unity between divisions, company-wide pressure to boost fuel-efficiency numbers, and an unwillingness to accept fuel-economy shortfalls, Automotive News says, citing comments made by consultants who hired by the company to investigate the problems. Challenging management authority even if it was proper to do so was also frowned upon. One of the investigators called the scandal "a collective failure." Among other suggestions, the consultants recommended that Mitsubishi's vehicle-mileage certification be independent from research and development, that there's greater transparency overall, and that there's a more thorough understanding of laws. New shareholder Nissan may also invest in retooling Mitsubishi's R&D operations, and is sending one of its former executives, Mitsuhiko Yamashita, to Mitsubishi to try to prevent any sort of repeat problems. Mitsubishi joined a list of automakers including Volkswagen, Hyundai/Kia, and Ford that have been found in recent years to either mislead with its published fuel-efficiency figures or emissions-testing procedures. A Nissan spokesman declined to comment on the Mitsubishi report, according to Automotive News. The recommendation comes less than three months after the announcement that Nissan would help rescue Mitsubishi from its fuel-economy scandal by acquiring part of the company. Nissan agreed in May to pay $2.2 billion for a 34-percent stake in Mitsubishi, and said at the time that Mitsubishi would join the Renault-Nissan Alliance. Nissan also owns 15 percent of France-based Renault. That announcement came right after Mitsubishi's admission that it may have falsified fuel-economy data for every one of its vehicles made in Japan dating back to 1991. Some NY cabs could avoid hybrid ban

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

The Nissan NV200 is having a rough go of it as New York City's Taxi of Tomorrow. The Greater New York Taxi Association wants the van banned on the grounds that it isn't a hybrid, and has gone so far as to sue the city to keep the NV200 out of taxi fleets. According to The New York Times, the city has responded by proposing to allow taxi drivers to use certain hybrid vehicles. The Taxi and Limousine Commission's proposal would allow any vehicle with an interior volume of 138 cubic feet or more. Unfortunately, that excludes nearly every machine that isn't the size of the NV200.
Technically, Nissan is working on a hybrid version of the Taxi of Tomorrow, but it may be years before that model hits the streets, and the Greater New York Taxi Association isn't satisfied with the city's offer. In a statement, the Association said, "These rules look like they have been created to short-circuit the litigation. We do not consider this to be a serious proposal."
