1992 Nissan 300zx 2+2 Coupe 2-door 3.0l on 2040-cars
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, United States
This is a 1992 Nissan 300 ZX. This is a one owner car and is still titled in the original owners name. The car was used and enjoyed as evidence by the mileage on the odometer. However, the car was always used as a second car, mostly for pleasure, and was always garaged since day one. The car was never modified in any way and has always been well maintained. The car starts right up and runs well. The odometer reads 100,200 miles. The car is loaded with options and they all work. I ran a power washer over the T-tops and did not see any leakage. The original spare was never out of the car. Currently the car has four like new tires, size 225/50/16. The interior is near mint with no tears or stains. I did find a couple small cracks in the plastic but there was literally only two and they are small and hardly noticable. The body shows no sign of rust and there was never any rust repair. The drivers door and rear quarter panel were repainted due to brushing up against something in the garage, the car was never in an accident. Other than the drivers door and quarter panel, the rest of the paint is original and shows well. It is not perfect but is very presentable. There are no major scratches or dents. This car is very clean original car. It still has its original exhaust system and brake calipers. This car is an excellent driver and would do well in a survivor class at car shows. The car recently passed a Pennsylvania state inspection. All the glass is in good shape. We have the title in hand. Over 40 pictures available at tannersclassics.com. The car is being sold on consignment. Good Luck and thank you for looking.

2013 Nissan NV200
Mon, 30 Dec 2013Moving is not fun. On the scale of adult activities, it ranks somewhere between taxes and jury duty. Boxes need to be loaded, furniture needs to be lifted and the entire affair is typically fueled by a combination of pizza, beer and pain killers (a combo my friends affectionately refer to as "moving fuel"). It's not fun, and it's rarely easy.
While it doesn't make the activity any more enjoyable, having the right vehicle for the job is the difference between loading and unloading half a dozen times and doing it once or twice. When taken as a whole, a proper moving van can shave hours off a day of labor, not to mention untold years of physical and mental stress for those who must take to their wheels every day.
That truism was borne out once again when I borrowed a loaded Nissan NV200 SV to help my girlfriend move into her new house. The little Nissan was a comfortable and able companion throughout the day, managing everything from a mattress and box springs to countless boxes of clothes, dishes and other necessities. Throughout the day, the NV impressed not just with the amount of stuff it could fit in its cavernous back end, but with the features it had to make moving anything easier.
Nissan Sway could see production
Mon, Mar 16 2015After unveiling the Sway concept at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, Nissan was crystal clear that the showcar previewed the potentially bolder shape for a future compact hatchback. While it's likely a peek at the future Micra sold in other markets, not much is stopping similar styling from arriving to US showrooms, too. According to Nissan design boss Shiro Nakamura to Automotive News, the Sway was specifically designed to attract interest to visitors in Geneva. However, he believes that the shape could be attractive to buyers in other parts of the world. The showcar's styling blends elements from earlier Nissan concepts with the deeply V-shaped front end off the Lannia Concept and the floating roof from several others. The company isn't divulging a possible powertrain quite yet, though. Nissan is considering spinning the Versa Note off into its own product likely just called the Note, according to Automotive News. When it comes time for a new model around 2018, one way to really differentiate the newly independent vehicle might be to take on the Sway's much more radical styling. Related Video:
Feds say Americans' bid to avoid extradition in Ghosn escape is 'flawed'
Wed, Jun 17 2020BOSTON — U.S. prosecutors on Tuesday said a former Green Beret and his son, wanted by Japan for helping former Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn flee the country, were advancing a "flawed" interpretation of Japanese law to fight their extradition. Michael Taylor and his son, Peter Taylor, were arrested in Massachusetts last month at Japan's request for allegedly smuggling Ghosn out of the country on Dec. 29, 2019, in a box while he was out on bail awaiting trial on financial charges. Ghosn fled to Lebanon, his childhood home, after being charged with engaging in financial wrongdoing, including by understating his compensation in Nissan's financial statements. He denies wrongdoing. Lawyers for the Taylors in a motion last week asked a federal judge in Boston to quash the provisional warrants issued in May for their arrests, arguing that "bail jumping" is not a crime in Japan. Defense lawyers argued that helping someone jump bail was also not a crime. While Japan issued arrest warrants for the Taylors in January, the lawyers said the crime stated in the warrants is an immigration offense and a non-extraditable misdemeanor. But U.S. prosecutors in a brief filed on Tuesday said it would be "unprecedented" for the extradition case at this junction to be tossed based on a "flawed interpretation of Japanese law and a mischaracterization of the facts." While Japan has not yet formally sought their extradition, the country has confirmed that Taylors' conduct constitutes a felony, U.S. prosecutors said. "The purported loophole through which the Taylors seek to evade justice simply does not exist," U.S. prosecutors wrote. Prosecutors added that neither Taylor, including Michael, a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran and private security specialist, should be released from jail as they are flight risks. Abbe Lowell, the Taylors' lawyer, said he was reviewing the filing. Related Video: Government/Legal Mitsubishi Nissan Renault Carlos Ghosn
