Hi this car has 78000 original body/chassis miles on it meanwhile the engine barely has 1500 miles on it. The engine is a SR20DET fully built with Tomei cams, solid lifter conversion, CP pistons, race piston rings(smokes when engine is cold to warm), ACL bearings, forged rods, supertech valves, titanium springs/retainers, tomei oil pan, S15 turbo, spec stage 2+ clutch, ATI damper crank pulley, CX intercooler kit, isis elbow, isis radiator, flex a lite cooling fans, boost controller(15 psi), BEE R rev limiter with 2 step/launch control, sparco star racing seats, sparco pedals, XXR wheels, new pads rotors, top speed N1 style exhaust, JWT(jim wolf technology)tuned ECU, new water pump, new oil pump, stainless turbo and power steering lines, Nismo 740cc injectors, tomei FPR(fuel pressure regulator), Circuit sports urethane engine tranny mount kit, welded differential, 50/50 smoked tail lights, pillar to pillar rear view mirror, stance coilovers, exedy clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder, agency power stainless braided clutch line with extension, headlight converion for HID kits(not installed)

Cons-car needs a rear plastic window i bought it when it was cracked i cut it out with the intention of redoing the window but never got around to it and car has rust on rear quarter panels the frame is straight and rust free only cosmetic if you do not like the flat black whoever buys the car i will remove it and underneath is the original burgundy color.

For any of you that are interested im am pre warning you that the car does smoke and sound like a diesel truck the smoke is because of the race bearings i have on the pistons when they are cold to warm they dont expand enough to make a full seal with the cylinder walls and my metal valve stem seals as well with heat also with the rings will expand and the car will not smoke when hot (heavy driving) this cars engine was built for road racing and drifting. The diesel truck sound you will hear is because of the solid lifter conversion in the head search it you will find out on other engines how it sounds. So when and if you decide to come and look at the car dont tell me its crap or my engine is shot i know whats in it i know how it drives and runs i build these cars this is my 3rd 240 iv listed what the car needs if you want it to be perfect, new top, rust fix on rear quarters.

Nissan GT-R takes a bloody whack at supercar rivals in fake ads

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

A big part of what makes a supercar super is how it makes you feel, but the performance stats and bragging rights are undeniably a big part of the equation as well. Which means you can't ignore the fact that, even with its price ever escalating, the Nissan GT-R makes minced meat out of European exotics costing twice or three times as much.
That's the inspiration for this trio of fake ads from photographer Tim Kent. In this mock campaign, Kent has depicted the GT-R as a butcher's knife and the European exotics as pieces of slaughtered meat. Ferrari is symbolized by a package of horse meat, Porsche by a pack of sausages and Lamborghini as a pair of, um... "prairie oysters".
Of course the ads are never going to run anywhere, and if you're squeamish (or vegetarian) we wouldn't suggest looking at them in close proximity to your lunch. But we have to admit they're creative, and effective.

Nissan Maxima was almost axed

Tue, May 26 2015

The redesigned 2016 Nissan Maxima goes on sale in early June, but according to Automotive News, this eighth-generation model almost didn't see the light of day. That's the word from Pierre Loing, vice president of North American product planning. "A lot of people assume it was a forgone conclusion that, of course we will continue with another Maxima," Loing told Automotive News. "But frankly, the forgone conclusion at that moment was that there would not be another Maxima." When Loing joined Nissan in 2012, he was tasked with building a case for a new Maxima. The Japanese automaker was focused on making cost-efficient, global platforms, but the Maxima sold almost exclusively in North America. And not in high numbers, either. But Loing says Maxima is an important part of Nissan's history in the United States. The car was introduced in 1981, and Loing says Maxima perhaps has better name recognition than Nissan itself. The company is pleased with its 2016 Maxima. "When I look at this car, I'm proudest of the fact that it's here at all," Takeshi Yamaguchi, former Nissan North America VP of vehicle engineering, told Automotive News. "And on top of that, I'm proud of that fact that we took the Maxima beyond where it was, instead of taking it backward." Related Video:

Nissan Leaf becomes least expensive 5-seat EV with massive price drop

Mon, 14 Jan 2013

In a roundtable interview today at the North American International Auto Show, Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn announced a $6,400 price drop for the base-model 2013 Nissan Leaf. Last year's base model was $35,200, while the new base-level 2013 Leaf S starts at $28,800. Ghosn says the new prices make the Leaf the least expensive five-seater electric for sale in the US.
Some of the lower cost is due to a difference in content from last year's low-end model to this year's. But a sizable portion can be chalked up to the Leaf's production moving from Japan to Tennessee. The 2013 Leaf is not only assembled in the US now, but its lithium-ion batteries and the car's electric motors are manufactured in the same southern state.
The Leaf SV will be priced from $31,820 for 2013 compared to $35,200 last year. The high-end Leaf SL now starts at $34,840, down from the 2012 model's $37,250. These models also have differences in content. One big one is a new 6.6-kWh charger that reduces charging times pretty dramatically.
