I am listing my EVO which I had NEVER intended on selling. I have too many cars and am looking at getting rid of a few to make room for a new exotic.

Lets start off by saying this is NOT your ordinary evo. It has taken me over a year and countless amounts of money to get the car where it is now. There is easily over 50k Invested into this ride.

I alternate my cars and this car could be driven anywhere. Some weeks I drive it daily. AC Blows Ice cold, Oil Pressure is amazing, coolant temp rock solid on the hottest of days. I am SURE I will forget alot of things in this add but I will do my best to remember it all!

It has the following mods:

Engine/Drive train

* 2.1 Stroker Engine
* Manley Rods
* CP Pistons
* Mildy worked head
* Crower Valve springs
* Ported Intake
* Larger Throttle Body
* Speed Density Tuning with 4 inch inlet
* Kelford 272 cams
* ARP headstuds
* AMS intercooler and upper/lower tubing
* HKS SSQV BOV
* Mishimoto radiator
* Mishimoto breather catch-can
* SpoolinUp COP ignition

* AMS turbo-back exhaust
* Exedy twin HD clutch
* Steel braided clutch line
* Hallman boost controller

* ID 2000cc injectors
* AMS poly engine/trans mounts
* TRE 12 plate max lock rear diff with HD Ninja side cover and rear cover sight glass mod
* Buschur rear mustache bar

* Beatrush aluminum undertray

I am sure I am leaving things out!

Anyway.......The car has no hiccups....no excuses...It has 4k miles on the build. With absolutely ZERO issues, ZERO leaks, or problems.....As I said. It is daily driveable with the AC ON or off :) In ANY weather....The Interior is virtually mint. I am extremely picky. The only thing making the interior look a bit less than new is you can tell the drivers seat has been sat in. THAT'S IT!

On the chassis Dyno It makes 646whp 550WTQ!!! AND IT FEELS LIKE IT!!!! I have many cars. From a 1000hp Viper, 900HP Camaro, 750 HP Buick T-Type, etc....This car is no joke. It can spin all 4 tires from a roll in 2nd gear on a cold day!

I have never tracked it, just run around on the streets. I have played around with bikes, other friends rides and such and the car always feels like a rocket to me. When the turbos hit this thing plants you into the seat as much as my Viper!

There is absolutely not a thing wrong with the car. I am looking at getting rid of a few cars to make a big purchase. This is the ONLY reason I am selling this car.

Ill say this much......many people that own these cars sell them because there is an underlying problem that gets passed to the new owner. NOT the case here. Somebody will buy this car and do NOTHING to it but drive it for a very long time! It's tuned on e85 and only at 31.5 lbs of boost. We didnt go crazy. AND again, it has 4k proven miles on the setup with zero issues. I own a very reputable business and am well known in the community. I live by my word and am describing this car to a tee!!!

The cons to the car are only cosmetic. And not much at that. The rear wing has the clear coat coming off from sun exposure. It was like this when I bought the car a few years ago. Easily paintible for cheap. There is also a scratch on the drivers front fender that I took a picture of. The front hood has some nicks from 71k Miles and other than that, thats all.

I am not listing this for a fire sale. I dont NEED to sell it, but have found something I would like to buy. I need room! Feel free to call with any questions and I will answer them.

The engine bay and underside of this vehicle are just as clean and sanitary as the outside. No junk, no garage kids slapping something together. It was all done professionally and it shows.

I am NOT accepting trades. Only looking to sell to make room for another purchase

Mitsubishi boss confirms new Mirage for US; i EV enduring dismal sales

Mon, 12 Nov 2012

By March, Mitsubishi expects to have sold just 55,000 cars in the US this fiscal year. That's a tiny sum - by comparison, Honda has sold over 276,000 Civic models thus far this year - and that's just one vehicle, not an entire brand. Mitsubishi president Osamu Masuko recognizes this is not a tenable position, and he's hoping the company will shift 80,000 units next fiscal year. Warding off speculation, Masuko has repeatedly stated that his company will not retreat from the US market like competitor Suzuki.
We reported on one part of Masuko's plan, the updated Outlander, and now he has confirmed that the small Mirage will be sold in the US beginning next September. The cut-price hatchback is selling well enough that Mitsu's Thailand plant is at its full capacity of 150,000 cars. "And even at that level it's not keeping up with orders," Masuko tells Automotive News. Masuko went on to say the plant would be expanded next year to handle an extra 50,000 units. We can also expect the Outlander plug-in early 2014.

Ever wonder how to really pronounce Japanese automaker names?

Thu, 25 Sep 2014

People tend to get very set in their ways when it comes to the pronunciation of words. Just look at the endless debates over whether or not to say the final 'e' in Porsche (which you should in terms of correct German enunciation). Or the argument about whether to follow the British convention and give the 'u' in Jaguar a special delivery or to say the 'ua' diphthong as more of a 'w' sound, as usually happens in the US.
This short video doesn't answer either of those automotive questions, but it does allow a native Japanese speaker to demonstrate the accepted pronunciations for several, major automakers from the country. One benefit is that it clears up the occasional debate over whether Nissan should be said with a long or short 'i' sound. Also, listen closely to how the female host says Mazda as Matsuda, the way it's actually said in the language. Even if this doesn't change the way you enunciate these brands, at least now you know the accurate way in Japanese.

A case for the Eclipse Cross | Autoblog Podcast #508

Fri, Mar 17 2017

On this week's podcast, Mike Austin joins David Gluckman to new cars they're driving and supercars that have just dropped. Mike also stands up for the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross in the face of some negativity, and the episode wraps up with the traditional doling out of Spend My Money buying advice. The rundown is below. Remember, if you have a car-related question you'd like us to answer or you want buying advice of your very own, send a message or a voice memo to podcast at autoblog dot com. (If you record audio of a question with your phone and get it to us, you could hear your very own voice on the podcast. Neat, right?) And if you have other questions or comments, please send those too.
