1. This is an auction that means if you are the highest bidder & the reserve is met you will win this auto and must follow through with the purchase.  This is not the right to inspect or test drive, that can be done any time before the auctions ends, just give me a call.  
   2. JURISDICTION/VENUE: By placing your bid on this auction you agree and accept the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be construed, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with Florida law without regard to choice of law doctrines. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Florida courts for any action relating to or arising under these terms and conditions or your bid. Venue for any action arising under or relating to this transaction shall be in the court of appropriate jurisdiction for Broward County, Florida. If any proceeding is brought to enforce  parties' rights under these terms and conditions, the losing party shall pay all costs and attorney's' fees of the prevailing party.
   3. There is a $225.00 deposit (non-refundable) that is due at the close of the auction (within 24 hrs) by PayPal ONLY!  PayPal is for deposit only and the Balance is due IN CASH, CASHIERS CHECK TO AUTOTOWN INC OR WIRE TRANSFER.   Auction will be Void and Auto will be re-listed if you fail to pay deposit in the agreed time frame. Vehicles must be paid for and picked up within 7 days at end of auction or $10 per day storage fees will be charged.
   4. The auto is sold as-is, and I'm not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by eBay in the pre-filled item specifics.  No guarantee on radios, CD players, speakers.    5. You (buyer) are responsible for all taxes & tag fees and the $299 Dealer fee.
   6. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Also, the transportation to and from the airport and vehicle's location is Buyer's responsibility. 
2. 7. Buyer required leaving feedback immediately upon delivery of the vehicle to himself or to the shipper. Due some bad experience we had with individual customers that they had tried to get some money after the delivery, we require the feedback on the delivery.

If all the funds are not received as indicated above, I reserve the right to the retain the deposit and the right to resell the vehicle to another buyer, bidder or in the alternative to re-list the vehicle for sale. I would be happy to assist with shipping arrangements in the continental U.S., however, shipping and/or pickup of this vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and the buyer takes full responsibility at his cost.
