This is a great little mini with the JCW tuning kit, brake kit, and 18" alloy wheels. It has bluetooth/aux in and steering wheel controls, pano sunroof, xenon headlights, front and rear fog lights, and a 6 speed manual transmission.  It is a fast little car a great on gas. I bought this wrecked as a project and it is time to sell. It will come with a NY rebuilt title. I replaced the radiator, radiator support, condenser, front bumper cover, drivers airbag, and 2 engine mounts. It was a direct hit to the front and has been fixed and aligned. No frame damage at all.  The airbag light and the tire pressure lights are on. And the starter makes a really short whine at startup but does not effect the mechanics.  There are a few light scratches by the drivers door and a small dent by the passenger door. I will try to get pics of these areas. I am describing this car the best that I can but if I missed something or you have some questions feel free to call or txt me at 607-222-2396  NO RESERVE   I recently moved to PA and need to sell this car so I am offering it with NO RESERVE. Sells to the highest bidder. Good luck.

$500 non-refundable deposit required at closing of auction. Full payment within 10 days of auction end date.  Can work with shipping if you arrange it.

I forgot to mention that the rear wiper is not working. All it needs is a new wiper motor. I also failed to mention that this car does run and drive great! I drove it all the way to florida and back with no problems. Great little car for the money!!!

2023 Mini John Cooper Works 1 to 6 Edition priced at $46,295

Thu, Jun 22 2023

In May, Mini showed the Mini John Cooper Works 1 to 6 Edition. It memorializes Mini racing and the "pure essence of motorsport" as a JCW with a six-speed manual transmission, hence the 1 to 6 name. Copying the formula for the Clubman Final Edition, the 1 to 6 is almost only special badges, colors and materials; there's little more to this than a retail Mini JCW with a stick shift and three more horsepower. For that, Mini has added a nominal premium of $2,500. However, product planners have made the John Cooper Works in Iconic trim the canvas for this art, so the base price starts at $43,795 before any additional treats. This brings the price before options to $46,295.  The good news after that is that there aren't many other options to add. The Iconic trim throws heaps of equipment at the car, the special edition layout locks in colors and fabrics. The hatchback comes in Midnight Black body paint ornamented with a black roof. Piano Black accents are found on the grille surround, side scuttles and waistline finisher. The 18-inch Circuit Spoke rims come in Jet Black. The gray bonnet stripe is composed of shift pattern line drawings, the same shift pattern showing up on the tailgate in black. Red, white and silver 1 to 6 badges appear on the side scuttles and C-pillars. The black and gray interior shows off an anthracite-colored headliner, illuminated red bezel for the instrument cluster, red ambient lighting, badged floor mats and, of course, the stick shift with special stitching. "One of 999" appears in places like the sunroof, steering wheel and instrument panel. If Mini will allow add-ons, the configurator on the retail site shows the only tweaks left are convenience features like adaptive cruise control for $500 and utilities like roof rails for $250. The 999 examples for global buyers are being served up on a first-come-first-serve basis. Preorders are open now, a $500 deposit holds a place in line. Deposits are expected to start in Q3 this year. Mini JCW arrives suitably early thanks to Aussie leak [UPDATE]

Wed, Dec 10 2014

UPDATE: Mini has released official photos and details of the new John Cooper Works, which we've added above and below, respectively. Mini is set to reveal its most powerful model yet in the new John Cooper Works hot hatch, but before the Anglo-Saxon automaker has gotten the chance, the first images and details have leaked out, courtesy of CarAdvice.com.au. According to the Australian website, the new JCW packs a 2.0-liter turbo four with 228 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque – outstripping even the previous John Cooper Works GP hot hatch, which produced 211 hp and 207 lb-ft. That's said to be good for a 0-62 time of 6.1 seconds. Of course there's more to the new JCW than engine output, and the latest Mini hot hatch – previewed in concept form almost a year ago at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show and spied undergoing testing mere weeks ago – also packs an upgraded version of the suspension in the Cooper S, with optional adaptive dampers, Brembo brakes, upgraded rolling stock and an electronic differential. A full aero kit sets it apart visually, keep the greasy bits cool and the nimble little pocket rocket glued to the tarmac, while the cockpit has also appears to have been made over to provide a suitable environment from which to unleash the new JCW's performance potential. With these details and images spreading like wildfire across the interwebs, we'd imagine it's only a matter of time before Mini releases the full monte itself, so watch this space for more. 2021 Mini lineup includes some more equipment and some lower prices

Sun, Jun 14 2020

Mini has played the unusual triple for its 2021 model-year lineup: Design revisions, more equipment, and lower prices on a number of models. Two full-body exterior colors, Emerald Gray Metallic and Melting Silver Metallic, won't make the new year. After a hiatus, the six-speed manual transmission returns on eight trims from the Cooper two-door hardtop to the front-wheel drive Cooper S Clubman. It's a third shifting possibility alongside the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and the eight-speed Steptronic automatic. The hardtops and convertibles were refreshed for last year, so they'll carry on with that momentum. One feature change comes to the mid-grade Signature Trim, which can add 6.5-inch touchscreen nav and Apple CarPlay, and a digital instrument cluster as options. The top Iconic trim makes the digital cluster standard. The Oxford Edition trim holds the line at $19,750 before an $850 destination fee, for a total of $20,600, same as 2020. Mini's made the Oxford available to everyone, not only the recent students and military personnel that began as the exclusive buyer base. Not only are there no price increases among the hardtop and convertible ranges, seven models get $1,000 price reductions. Pricing for 2021 and the difference compared to 2020 is: Hardtop 2 Door Oxford Edition: $20,600 (No change) Cooper: $23,250 ($1,000 lower) Cooper S: $27,250 ($1,000 lower) Cooper SE: $30,750 (No change) John Cooper Works: $33,250 ($1,000 lower) John Cooper Works GP: $45,750 Hardtop 4 Door Oxford Edition: $21,600 (No change) Cooper: $24,250 ($1,000 lower) Cooper S: $28,250 ($1,000 lower) Convertible Cooper: $28,250 ($1,000 lower) Cooper S: $32,250 ($1,000 lower) Sidewalk Edition: $39,250 John Cooper Works: $39,250 (No change) The Clubman got a makeover for this year plus a more powerful John Cooper Works Clubman with 301 horsepower. The sole change here is a 6.5-inch touchscreen navigation unit included on the middle Signature trim. Prices for the 2021 Clubman are: S: $30,750 ($1,000 lower) S ALL4: $33,750 (No change) John Cooper Works ALL4: $40,350 ($100 higher) The big-selling Countryman does almost 40% of U.S. Mini business. Outside come redesigned LED headlights, new Union Jack taillights, LED fog lights on the base Cooper and Cooper S, and piano black trim in places like the light frames and door handles.
