Real solid 1977 Mini right hand drive, the car runs and drives but has been sitting for a while and the brakes are soft and in need of some repair, I drove the car around quite a bit summer before last but have lost interest in it and really don't want to see it sit and go to waste. The motor runs good it has a little hesitation off idle but its fine after that, the trans works good and the clutch feels fine, it has an aftermarket shifter that takes a little getting used to but it works pretty good, the interior is all there, needs some work but is in usable condition. The body is solid with a few scabs behind the rear bumper (pictured), a place on the Rt. front fender where it looks like a wheel came loose at some point and has some rust there(pictured), and a few scabs in the drip rail around the roof but not thru and the clear is coming off. Under the car is very nice floors and trunk area are solid, the front structure is clean and solid, all the glass is good, bumpers and other trim pieces are decent, I have four new wheel flairs and rocker trim that go with the car, It has 13 inch mini lites on it and the tires have less than 250 miles on them. I have the 10 inch wheels that came on it and they go with it too.this is a very good foundation for a resto or drive it like it is and have fun. Any questions or concerns please ask before bidding, Clean VA title registered as a 1977 Morris sdn. showing 24411 actual miles? Not claiming original miles only saying it is on the title that way. Selling for a friend, car is located in Bellwood PA just north of Altoona. Thank you and good luck. Jr.

Mini Clubman Concept isn't mini, isn't a Clubman
Wed, 05 Mar 2014Hey, remember when Mini was... mini? I know, you've heard all this before. But seriously.
Take this new Mini Clubman Concept, for example. As you'll recall, the current Clubman slots in between the Hardtop and Countryman models in the Mini lineup. But because the new, third-generation Mini has grown, so has everything else. And in fact, the concept car seen here is actually 4.4 inches longer and just over 2 inches wider than the current, already-large Countryman. The future of Mini looks awfully maxi.
Furthermore, the Clubman as we know it uses a weird, five-door layout (two up front, a third, suicide door, and two barn doors out back), but this concept adds a sixth door for a decidedly more conventional layout. Of course, four real doors for passengers sort of takes the uniqueness out of the Clubman package, and essentially makes this thing a not-as-tall, front-wheel-drive Countryman. Totally necessary, right?
2020 Mini Countryman gains discounted Oxford Edition, program opens up to everybody
Thu, May 21 2020Mini is extending the Oxford Edition program to the 2020 Countryman and making all Oxford Edition pricing available to the public at large. Previously, Mini only offered the Oxford Edition pricing to recent college grads, graduate students and active and recently retired military personnel. It was also limited to the two-door and four-door Hardtops. Similar to the excellent value added by the Hardtops, the Countryman also adds a fleet of standard equipment for a discounted price. The base price of a Countryman is $29,750, including the $850 destination charge. A Countryman Oxford Edition starts at $26,750, representing a $3,000 discount off the bat. However, Mini throws in a bunch of equipment from the mid-level Signature trim that makes this an even tastier dish. You get 18-inch wheels, heated front seats, automatic climate control, an anthracite headliner and additional paint color options. Mini says that those added options represent $5,500 worth of added value over a base Countryman. Those up north will also be glad to hear that Mini is offering the same deal for the Countryman ALL4 with all-wheel drive. Simply add $2,000 to the front-drive model, and you’re left with a price of $28,750 — all the same equipment as the front-drive car is onboard. The Countryman was a rather pricey proposition before, but this makes it much more appealing. WeÂ’ll note that this deal is being offered on 2020 Countrymans, so the dual-clutch automatic transmission is the only option. 2021 Minis are said to be regaining three-pedal options, but Mini hasnÂ’t confirmed manual transmission offerings for the Countryman or Clubman yet. 2020 Countryman Oxford Editions will begin arriving at dealerships in “limited numbers” starting in July. Pricing for the 2021 Cooper Hardtop is also available now. Thankfully, itÂ’s no more expensive than it was before, with the two-door slotting in at $20,600. A four-door is $1,000 more at $21,600. You can read our thoughts on the package in our Oxford Edition review here. 2019 Mini Oxford Edition View 6 Photos
Mini and John Cooper Works floating hub caps are factory fresh accessories
Fri, Sep 13 2019Much of the allure of a Mini is tied to its iconic style and design. Beyond the legendary shape of the Mini Cooper, the company is heavy into unique details that celebrate the brand's heritage. Features such as Union Jack taillamps scream, "Look, I'm British!" while a new accessory inches even closer to the nose and says, "Look, I'm a Mini!" Literally, these new self-leveling hub caps read, "MINI" or "John Cooper Works." Floating, or self-leveling, hub caps are not new, but they're new to the Mini Original Accessory store. For those who are unaware, these items use weights in the front of the center cap and a "flexible connection to the wheel hub extension" to keep the outermost part of the cap in one position. That position keeps whatever script is written on the cap horizontal and visible to all onlookers. Mini says the standard wheel covers are easily removed and can quickly be changed out for these floating caps. The Mini cap takes uses a simple black background with chrome trim and script while the John Cooper Works caps have a black background, red outline, and silver, black, and red logo in the center. Both options are available for order at Mini dealerships, Mini partners, or at Mini's online shop for about $78 (Mini) or $93 (JCW).
