I have decided to part with my 1980 MGB V8 conversion. This started out as a low mileage 1980 MGB Limited edition California car . It has only 48,000 on the car itself and is totally rust free. Then the car was sent to Michigan to undergo the V8 conversion which was done by Tom Hoagland. He fitted the car with a totally redone Oldsmobile 215 CI V8 engine and a 95' T-5 5 speed transmission. It has headers, dual exhaust, 4 barrel carb, heavy duty clutch traction bars and much more. Everything has been gone through in the car. It does have air but needs an idle solenoid to boost the throttle when it is turned on. The switches need work or replacing. This car has been known as the "Cobra Killer", "Tiger Killer". It has some get up and go and sounds unbelievable. Makes people do a double take when they hear it start up! The build has less than 4,000 miles on it.
