I have a 1969 MGB for sale (with a clear title) and the hard work has been done.

I have replaced all the old floors with new panels, so there are no rust issues there. The new floors are welded, painted and sealed.
The engine is running well.
The seats are in good condition.

Wire wheels and chrome bumpers.
The interior panels are stripped out ready for new, and the vehicle does need a new rag-top (I do have the frame).
The MGB comes with a toneau cover.
I drive this vehicle regularly, and it won't take much to get it looking its best if you want to do that. OR you can drive it as is.
