1954 MG TF "1500" Roadster

The car you are considering in this listing is a 1954 MG TF "1500" Roadster (Convertible). MG increased the displacement (size) of its TF engines part way through the 1954 model year from 1250cc to 1500cc giving the TF more power compared to its predecessor. This MG TF is in superb condition, and runs and drives extremely well. It is in original unmodified condition, with a couple of exceptions -- the air cleaners have upgraded covers and the fuel cap is not original. All of the electronics work in the car. The car has 5 matching period correct bias-ply tires. It includes the Owner's Manual, tools as pictured including knock off hammer and original side curtains. The convertible top has been replaced and is in good condition. The engine runs very smoothly and starts easily. The mechanism operating the tachometer is included but needs attention. Original Hand Crank Included and partial service Records. Clean and clear title included. Original 1954 Florida license plate and 1950s Great Britain license plate on front are both included. This car is part of an estate sale and it will be sold to the individual or entity making the highest unencumbered offer, without reserve. I am quite flexible with payment terms, coordination of transport, possibly contributing to your transportation costs, flexible on the purchase price, storage, etc. Inspections, test drives, etc., as all are welcomed. Mechanical and accessory features of this car work properly, and the paint and body are in excellent shape. A deposit of $500 is due immediately if you use the Buy-It-Now, or within 24 hours if buyer has negotiated an agreed price. The remainder of the purchase price is due within 7 calendar days including the day of the ended listing on eBay (i.e., the day when you "purchased" it on eBay by clicking Buy It Now or I accepted your offer). Storage for up to 2 months is allowed at no cost to you, in other words it's FREE to store your car for 2 months. There are no additional fees that I will charge you, for storage, or anything else -- you pay me only the purchase price established on eBay. However, I am not comfortable storing it beyond 2 months and you will incur significant fees if you leave the car to stay longer than that, of $30 per day with a minimum charge of $100. For the remainder of money due after your deposit I will not accept checks of any kind, neither bank checks, nor personal checks, certified checks, nor official checks, nor registered checks or otherwise....none are accepted, period.
