It is an older restoration apparently done by Mac Spears of the New England chapter some years back. The odometer reads 11,395 . Even though it has sat for a number of years in covered storage,the vehicle starts and runs. The left rear brake cylinder leaks a bit. Radiator still holding antifreeze, but slight seepage visible. Seats are still comfortable and top and side curtains are in decent shape and usable.The main issue is the paint has totally failed for some reason over the years and flakes off in large chips, perhaps from a bad original prime coat.The title lists the vehicle as a 1953 for last two owners, an error at DMV, as it is obviously a 1951.....All numbers match for the New England registry as 1951 .The rear end is apparently a higher geared MGA version, which is the only thing I know of that is not original."

 Vehicle is in excellent condition...no rust except surface rust where paint has flaked off.

Gas tank was removed and cleaned .

With a new paint job, carb tune-up, replace a brake cylinder, this will make a great driver, and collectible.
