I am selling a 1978 Mg Midget with 46k original miles on the car.

The GOOD

It has a custom Front Grill and Spoiler..Full Monza Exaust..4speed transmission.

1978 MG MIDGET CONVERTIBLE
46,500 Miles.
Body: Blue w/Silver Racing Stripe. (used to be red and it was painted about 2 years ago)
Custom Grill and Spoiler.
Interior: Tan Buckets Seats.
Engine: In-Line Four Cylinder, Carbureted.
Exhaust: Monza Muffler and Tailpipes.
Suspension Front: Independent, front wishbones, coil springs, anti-roll bar, telescopic dampers.
Suspension Rear: Rigid axle, semi-elliptic leaf springs, telescopic dampers.
Drivetrain: front-engine RWD.
Steering: rack and pinion.
Bodyframe: metal monocoque.
Transmission: 4-speed manual (shifts very smoothly)

The BAD

The hardtop cover is in great condition just the plastic window is a lil cracked and foggy. I also have a snap in cover when the top is down that is in great condition.

The passengar side seat has a small rip in on top of the seat.

Brakes need to be bleed and also possibly a new battery. It was siting in the garage over winter and battery drained a little bit. I have charged the battery and it works just fine but possibly in the future it might need a new one. I drive the car once a weekend to the local car shows and for small cruises.

Other than those small things..the car does not need antyhing else that I know of. Drives fine with no problem..the ride is a lil rough with the suspension but overall its not bad at all.

The car is a great little car and a head turner. Everywhere I go people dont know what it is and when I tell them they are suprised that its a MG.
