1968 MG Midget: This car was restored in 2008. I bought the car form a party that bought it from the man who restored it. This car has had thousands spent on its restoration including over $6,000 on the engine alone. I have receipts for the restoration work. The car has wire wheels on the front and discs on the rear as the rearend was changed out for a stronger one. I have bought but not installed a used complete wire wheel rear axle assembly that is included in the sale.

The car is mechanically good. It sat for a long period of time so it could use a tune up. It does start and drive fine. The only fault I can find is that it will pop out of first gear. The body is very good with excellent paint. Chrome is good to excellent. Interior is new. When I got it I had to tighten lots of bolts on the bumpers etc. There a still things that need done. The speedo and tach do not work. One of the turn indicators does not work. I have a book full of receipts detailing what was done and pictures of the restoration process. The really expensive work has been done and the car can be used as is while the smalll items are addressed. I am glad to answer any questions you may have.
