I am the third owner (60th birthday present in 1990).  Original owner reportedly won five 1st place awards in National Auto Shows.  Second owner purchased car in 1985 with 25,081 miles and I then acquired it 5 years later at 41,960 miles.  Only driven this car 5,122 miles in past 24 years since 1990 and mostly in Arizona.  To my knowledge, car has never felt a drop of rain.  Recently detailed by Perry Dodd and mechanically checked out (needed new catalytic convertor) by Andrew Atwood (both prominently utilizes by sellers of very expensive cars at Barrett Jackson Annual Auctions in Scottsdale, AZ. This car drives perfectly and is 100% mechanically sound.  It also appears to be the best single MGB 1980 Special Limited Edition car available for sale anywhere in the world today. And, rarely do MGB models of this vintage/type come on the market which are the Original version (instead of ones that have been restored or modified).
