1959 Mga British Racing Green on 2040-cars

For sale you will find this 1959 MGA Roadster in running and driving condition. As per previous owner; it is a two owner car and has spent all of its life in Texas. The car is virtually rust free, solid and mechanically sound. However, the master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder both need to be rebuilt or replaced as they leak thru the seals. All of the brake cylinders were rebuilt by the previous owner and the drums were turned. The car starts right away and drives very straight as I was able to get it up to 70 MPH without a hitch. It was repainted its original British Racing Green color about ten years ago but not a show condition job as you can see. The sills and door pillars are solid and rust free as it is the frame; floors are in great condition as well. I have the original tool kit with the manual crank included. The convertible top is in perfect shape and the car also comes with a tan tonneau cover; but I do not have the side curtains. As you can see from the photos; it has a burl wood dash and all gauges are functional. The chrome is in great condition and all of the body gaps are almost perfect. It does have a small dent on the rear passenger fender and a few small blemishes but overall the car is in great condition for the year. No hidden agendas here. Please note that there is a lot of glare and reflection of surroundings on most of the photos and consequently they really do not do the car justice. I will ship worldwide provided the car is paid in full and all funds cleared before shipping. I will also store the car for a reasonable period of time until buyer makes shipping arrangements.
