This Van has Under 35K Miles Original on it. It also has tons of features, Like Privacy Windows, Electric Windows, Full Heating, and Air Conditioning front and back, It has Both A CD Player and a cassette Player, Radio am/FM
It has a set of 4 Studded Rain & Snow Winter Tires, and 3 Spare Tires, 1 of the Spare Tires is attached under the van.
It also has a Very Expensive Electric Scooter Lift, controlled with hand held remote, This lift is located in the back of the van, The Lift comes all the way out, and goes down to the ground and then retracts back into the van. It is great for anyone who uses a Scooter & it is almost New, Only used about 25 times.
The Van Does have 3 Row seating, that means, there are the front seat, and passenger seat, then there is another row of seats behind that, and another row behind that, Now the LIft is installed and the 3rd row seat is folded down, but you can remove the lift and sell it for alot of $$$ and then the last row of seats will pull back up easy. So there are many things you can so with this van.
It is Red, and there are a few minor dings, and some minor scratches on the paint, but this van has been taken very well care of.
I only drive it maybe 15 - 18 miles a week because I am also disabled, so this van is in great condition with only 39+K Original on it.
In 2012 There was a Recall on the transmission, It was a small issue but I took it in and they fully fixed the issue, also the mechanic told me he replaced another small part & He said the Transmission Looked like it was New. So that was very good news
This van has self lock doors, and window wipers both on the front and back. It also has Electric Driver seat that you can move up, down, back, forward, There are many extras in this van. and its a very nice van. I wanted to keep it after my mom passed over, but I am on SSI and I just can't afford to keep it because I only get a Disability check each month.
It does show that it was in one accident, But to clear this up, it was bumped in the back bumper by another driver while driving very slow in a 5 mile an hour K-Mart Shopping parking lot, so it was in a minor accident, but it was a very minor Fender Bender, The back bumper was scratched and that was fully fixed by a insured qualified body shop.. So in terms of accident, there are different levels of degree and a mere Fender bender while moving 5 miles an hour or less in a Shopping center parking lot it not considered a serious accident, in fact it was a very minor Bump fender bender from a driver who was not looking ahead. so I just wanted to clear that up so you know that this van has not been in a real accident per say.
I have taken many photo's, Please send me any questions you have and if your a serious bidder or buyer please let me know and you can call me or I can call you to give you more information about this van.
The interior of the van is in great condition, there are some spots or stains on some of the seats and the carpet does need to be cleaned, My mom used to have this van Detailed every 6 months and it just needs a good cleaning, I will clean it up and wipe it down and get it ready for you, so no worrys there.
This will be a Pick up sale only, I can not ship the van, I may be able to work with you and help get it to you, Delivery may be a option. but That will have to be discus , So you can come pick it right up and we can go to the DMV together and do the Title change it only takes maybe a half hour.
I have a handy cap Plate on the van so I can get us into the handy cap line at the DMV which is very fast and easy. I have sold another car in the past and it was very easy to do. Just bring your ID or Driver License. Either way we can talk on the phone and come up with a good plan to get the van to you. This is my first Vehicle sale on ebay so I don't know exactly how you will want to do the pick up or delivery, just talk it out with me and we can figure that out, that is the small part.
So take a look at the photo's and see if this is the van for you. I am not asking Full retail price and another good thing about this van is the fact that it has under 40K miles which increases the value,
ALso, the most expensive type of Non Detergent Oil has been used in this van because it is the best and I was told I had to keep that kind of Oil in it or it would break the warranty. There is no warranty on the van but if you do go get a warranty if that is possible, than you can get it because the manufacture's required Oil has only been used. I might mention, that oil is very expensive too. So if you want to stop using Non Detergent Oil you can, but the oil used in this van is the best Oil made. It cost me 69 dollars to get the oil changed the last 2 times , so its good oil. And when my Mom had this van she only had the same expensive Non Detergent OIl put in it every time.
It is a great van, no matter what you can keep it for years to come or you can even resell it if you are a car expert.
Please only Honest Bidders, This was my moms van and It is all I have left from her, and I have treated it very well. It was my moms most Prized Possession, I am sure it will make a very nice vehicle for you and your family.
Thank you for shopping with me, and if you have any questions please ask them all and send them to me at my eBay.
One last thing, the Lift in the back of the van can be taken out, It is very expensive so you can keep it or sell it. This would be a great van for a nursing home, or anyone with handy-cap needs, or anyone at all. Its a great van.
a few things to mention, The Cd Player does not read dics's so it may need to be cleaned, Also The interior of the van is in need of a good cleaning, as I said there are some stains and spots on the seats, a couple small holes, the carpet needs to be cleaned, the upper interior has only a few dings or nicks, it really only needs to be cleaned very well and it will shine like new again.
I will offer to clean or have it Professionally cleaned for you so when you pick it up it is in very nice condition, I will refund you 100 dollars so you can clean it or I will clean it myself, I will let you decide.
One last thing, The title Currently does have a Loan on it for $800.00, upon payment I will get the title out of pawn and have it ready for who ever picks it up, and again I will even go down to the DMV with you to do the title processing. If you have any questions please message me I will answer any of your questions.
Thank you again

Preposed class-action lawsuit targets 'defective' MyFord Touch
Tue, 16 Jul 2013A national law firm, Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, has filed a proposed class action lawsuit whose presupposition is that MyFord Touch is defective. Specifically, the complaint states that the system - as well as the MyLincoln Touch and MyMercury Touch clones - often freeze, fail to respond to voice or touch commands and have issues connecting to mobile phones.
According to Hagens Berman managing partner Steve Berman, MyFord Touch is a theoretically "brilliant idea" that falls short in actual execution. Said Berman in a press release, "In reality, the system is fundamentally flawed, failing to reliably provide functionality, amounting to an inconvenience at best, and a serious safety issue at worst."
Other MFT issues enumerated within the 41-page filing include problems controlling the window defroster, rear-view camera and navigation system. The suit maintains that Ford is aware of the problem but has yet to submit a workable and acceptable solution to MFT customers. Scroll down if you'd like to read the full press release.
Junkyard Gem: 1981 Mercury Cougar XR-7
Sun, May 24 2020The story of the Mercury Cougar involves more plot twists and unexpected digressions than that of just about any other Detroit car, with successive Cougar generations based on the Ford Mustang (1967-1973), the Ford Torino and/or Thunderbird (1974-1979), various Fox Fords including the Thunderbird (1980-1988), the MN12 Thunderbird/Lincoln Mark VIII (1989-1997), and the Ford Mondeo (1999-2002). There were wagon and sedan Cougars for brief periods, just to confuse everybody, and the rakish XR-7 Cougars sometimes lived on different platforms from their ordinary non-XR-7 counterparts. I think the Late Malaise Era Fox XR-7s are among the most interesting of the bunch, so I was quite excited to spot this tan-over-gold '81 in a Denver yard. I tried to count the number of screaming-cat badges on and in this car and gave up once I hit a dozen. The steering wheel, door panels, C pillars, center console, and — of course — the hood ornament all boast snarling felines. Earlier Cougars had emblems showing full side views of stalking catamounts, but the Cougar logo for the 1980s showed just the head. This car got the optional center console, which I hear is quite a rarity. You had to pay $174 extra (that's around $513 in 2020 dollars) for an AM/FM/cassette audio system in the '81 Cougar, but at least the air conditioning was standard equipment. Believe it or not, thieves used to steal these radios. Kumpf Lincoln-Mercury still exists in Englewood (as Landmark Lincoln), and the yard that now houses this car can be found just 15 miles up Broadway on the north side of Denver. The padded landau roof hasn't fared so well beneath the fierce Colorado sun, but overall this car seems very solid. Sadly, only the Mustangs and (once in a long while) Fairmonts get much love from the Fox Ford crowd these days. Three Mercury "wire wheel" hubcaps and one from a Lincoln. The base engine in the 1981 XR-7 was the "Thriftmaster" 200-cubic-inch (3.3-liter) straight-six, but very few XR-7 buyers would have refrained from checking the box for one of the two optional Windsor V8s. I can't tell if we're looking at the 255-cubic-inch (4.2-liter) version or the 302-cubic-inch (5.0-liter) one here, but real-world drivers might not have noticed the difference between the 120-horse 255 and the 130-horse 302, anyway. The non-XR-7 Fox Cougars had five-speed manual transmissions as base equipment (which nobody wanted), but all 1981 XR-7s had automatics.
Junkyard Gem: 1955 Mercury Montclair Coupe
Wed, Jul 20 2022I find plenty of 1950s Detroit vehicles in the big self-service car graveyards I frequent, but most of them are fairly ordinary sedans that never stood much chance of getting fixed up and put back on the road. Such is not the case with today's Junkyard Gem, which is a top-trim-level, heavily optioned hardtop coupe from one of the most desirable model years of the tailfins-and-chrome postwar era. Nearly every Mercury model ever made was a Ford model with some cosmetic changes applied, and the '55s looked very similar to their mechanically identical Ford brethren. In 1955, the new Mercury came in three trim levels: the entry-level Custom, the medium-zoot Monterey, and the glitzy Montclair. Each was available as a hardtop coupe and four-door sedan, with wagon versions of the Custom and Monterey. The Montclair could be purchased as a convertible or with the wild "Sun Valley" glass roof. The Montclair got its own line of hallucinogenic two-tone interiors, in order to make the daily lives of Europeans feel even more gray and penurious (the UK only dropped food rationing in 1954, and the two Germanies were still clearing the rubble of their blown-up cities). This car's upholstery has been bleached by decades of sitting outside in the harsh High Plains climate, but it started out as vivid red and white "Chromatex" fabric. The list price on this car was $2,631, or about $29,200 in 2022 dollars. The Sun Valley and convertible Montclair each cost $2,712 ($30,100 today). Ford didn't offer a corresponding hardtop coupe in 1955, though the Fairlane Crown Victoria two-door did look extremely snazzy (and cost a mere $2,302— $25,545 now— with the same V8 engine as the Monterey). Meanwhile, Oldsmobile offered the handsome 88 Super Holiday Coupe for $2,714, though the Montclair had the more powerful engine. Oldsmobile had been selling new cars with overhead-valve V8s since the 1949 model year, while Ford didn't ditch the Model A-era flathead V8 for new U.S.-market cars until the 1954 model year (you could buy a new Simca Esplanada in Brazil with an Ardun-headed Ford V8-60 all the way until 1969). GM's Chevrolet Division got all the press in 1955 with the introduction of the brand-new small-block V8 engine, but Ford's 292-cubic-inch (4.8-liter) Y-Block V8 made more power than the 265-cube (4.3-liter) Chevy and the 324ci Olds Rocket 88.
