You will need to make arrangements to pickup or ship the vehicle. We can arrange to pick you up at the Abilene Bus Station, or Abilene Regional Airport view, purchase, or pickup the vehicle.

All of our inventory are pre-owned vehicles and as such are sold "AS-IS" from us, but we may include Warranty through a 3rd party company. 

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Taylor County, Texas.  The vehicle shall be delivered FOB in Taylor County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Taylor County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Taylor County, Texas.

Terms of Sale

You must contact us within 24 hours of the auction ending

Balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Bank Financing.

Full payment is to be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. 

Please have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase.

$50 Documentary Fee will be added to the ending auction price.

Vehicles to be registered in Texas- we do the title transfer for you
You will pay the ending auction price plus, $50 doc fee, .001938% Inventory Tax, 6.25% Sales Tax, $73.80 for Registration, and $5.00 e-tag fee.
Example A vehicle selling for $10,000 would be $10,773.14 Total out the door price, including TTL
Example A vehicle selling for $15,000 would be $16095.31 Total out the door price, including TTL

Vehicles to be registered outside of TEXAS- The title is mailed to you, and you do the title transfer in your own state
You will pay us the ending auction price, plus $50 Doc fee, and that's all.
You would then register and pay applicable taxes in your home state.

Vehicles to be exported- The title is stamped FOR EXPORT ONLY, and is sent with the transport service.
You will pay us the ending auction price, plus $50 Doc fee.
