car was purchased wrecked from insurance auction and has a florida certificate of destruction title. being sold for parts or export.

NB: I don't like black cars because they need to be cleaned too often, so you will be getting the black doors, fenders, mirrors, trunk lid and lower skirts (not installed in pics) which will be swapped from the adjacent cls55 project car.

The following are my observations of things needed/issues.

Body: headlights, taillights, Front & Rear Bumpers, grill, Hood. left fender & trunk lid will need some touch up body work, left lower side skirt has a crack.

Interior: lower rear seats & drivers seat needed. leather is cracked on front passenger lower seat.

Mechanical: calipers, radiator/fan/condenser/support, front bumper support, exhaust midpipe. transmission pan visibly damaged, mount broken and a puncture hole in casing. driveshaft also looks bent so my assumption is that the transmission is damaged. engine support cradle has a hit to the front as pictured & right mount is broken. new engine cradle and mount is included with the car. Engine status unknown, key present but car has never been ran or driven as its obviously not driveable.

Germany says nein to EU ban on new fossil-fuel cars from 2035

BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's government will not agree to European Union plans to effectively ban the sale of new cars with combustion engines from 2035, Finance Minister Christian Lindner said on Tuesday. In its bid to cut planet-warming emissions by 55% by 2030 from 1990 levels, the European Commission has proposed a 100% reduction in CO2 emissions from new cars by 2035. That means it would be impossible to sell combustion engine cars from then. European Parliament lawmakers backed the proposals this month, before negotiations with EU countries on the final law take place. Speaking at an event hosted by Germany's BDI industry association, Lindner said there would continue to be niches for combustion engines so a ban was wrong and said the government would not agree to this European legislation. Lindner, a member of the pro-business Free Democrats, which shares power with the Social Democrats and Greens, said Germany would still be a leading market for electric vehicles.
